Y/n opened his eyes and saw nothing but white, lifting himself from the snow he saw his hat. Picking it up he put it on but more snow plopped on his head from the inside of it

Qrow: Is everyone okay?

Everyone was accounted for but there was one more extra person

Everyone turned and saw a short old woman where high tech spectacles

Ols woman: sure was a close one huh?

Y/n: uh if I may ask, who are you?

She was about to answer but Yang interrupted while trying to get her bike out of the snow

Yang: It doesn't matter, where stranded, we lost a third of our party, and gained defenseless old lady!

Yang fell and so did her bike and the lady gave a proper introduction

Maria: my name is Maria Calavera and I'm not defenseless! I'm just a bit hard of hearing, and blind without my eyes, which are in desperate need of repair. Ok, I'm starting to see your point.

Qrow: knock it off Yang if we lose our cool we'll just attract Grimm.

Blake: does that even matter apparently? we've been attracting Grimm since we've left Haven.

Ozpin: the Grimm are indeed attracted to the relics it's faint but undeniable, I believe it has to do with their origin but I'm not entirely sure, but regardless I feared that if you were all aware would only add anxiety and negativity it seemed like the safer option.

Weiss: you know I'm getting tired of people choosing what's better for me.

Ozpin answer but his answer wasn't as calm and collected as his first explanation
