You were low on mora and got declined by every job in liyue.
Every job EXCEPT wangshu funeral parlor.

The name is quite known, only because the 77th director is a stubborn and naive teen.

Hu Tao took you in. She was desperate for new clients but nothing was working. So, maybe new recruits?
That's when she found you.
She immediately took you in when you accepted the offer, of course, people will look down on you for this. But you were desperate for mora.

Over time, you didn't exactly get the mora you wished for, which you were disappointed in. But, you made a friend in Hu Tao. And a acquaintance in Zhongli.

To Hu Tao, you were the best worker there. You always offered to help Zhongli with paper work, even if he declined, you would still beg to help him. And you always went out and asked people around liyue to visit the funeral parlor. Sometimes you got a couple of people came to visit, which made Hu Tao the happiest person in the universe.

After a couple of months, she grew feelings for you. At first, she didn't understand. But after a talk with Zhongli. She got diagnosed with lovers disease.
Features that she didn't notice on you before, suddenly became clear to her. It made her face heat up when the sun hit your S/C skin, how your hair flows like a leaf in the wind, everything made her go insane and get butterflies in her stomach.

She ended up confessing. You accepted of course. Now, you're here. Friends with Zhongli, and lovers with Hu Tao.

You're POV:

The parlor is quite again.
Which is unusual considering Hu Taos childish behavior. I wonder where she is-

"BOO!"
You heard your girlfriend scream
You turned pale and had a startled expression frozen on your face.
Hu Tao just laughed her ass off on the floor while you gained control of your heartbeat.

"BWAHAHAHA YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE! IT WAS PRICELESS!"
She said between wheezes.

You said rolling your eyes.

The day turned into night, me and Hu Tao walked to our shared apartment. I've been staying with Hu Tao ever since I started working at wangshu funeral parlor due to my mora crisis.

It was getting hard to breathe. My lungs didn't get a chance to inhale air due to my constant laughing and wheezing.

H-HU TAO I W-WAS-

Hu Tao then stopped then giggled while I was gasping for air.

"You know Y/N. You're laugh is cute"
She said while smiling.
She laid on my chest while I was laying down exhausted.

Was all I heard before I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.
