Last night was not a good one I really liked Jordan I was kinda hoping he'd ask me out someday but then he just blows up on me after I hung out with some guys . Since I didn't go to the diamond I had a lazy day until 1 I listened to some Paul anka puppy love was my favourite song . It was 12:30 so I go dressed in my uniform and head to work . "Hey Elle Bennys in the back ." Said his mom . I walked to the back put my stuff In my locker and waved to Benny . "Hey Ellie how you doing ?" He winked " uh hey Benny boy is that your attempt at flirting because no that's not working ." He then chuckled at my brutal honesty . "I thought I'd give it a try to cheer you up besides I'm saving the good stuff for Wendy ." Now that made me laugh " hey whats so funny Shelly ?" " it's just that 1 Wendy would never notice you and 2 it's hard to believe you have good stuff ." He then gasped  and acted hurt . "See there's that laugh I knew I could do it ."  " yeah yeah be proud but thanks I really needed that after what Phillips said I really needed to get cheered up ."  He looked at me blood boiling " what did Phillips say !"  " that I shouldn't be hanging out with scum and that I'm not a tiger and I never was and he banned me from the diamond all because I backed up guys up because I liked playing ball with you guys ."  He then stared at me with sadden eyes " hey it's fine you can be apart of our team they guys all love you they wouldn't shut up about how good you are ." I grinned " thanks Benny I really appreciate it ." "No problem Elle now let's start some training ."

I was walking down the strip mall on my way home when I saw a little shop filled with vintage stuff and I went inside . I found a dodgers ball signed by all the dodgers . I also found a sick dodgers jersey . The shop was closing soon so it was having a final sale and I got both items for a decent price and since Bennys birthday is next week it makes it a perfect gift . He never told me the date so I guess I'll have to wrap it and keep it in my work locker all week .
