Short Summary.
Victor aka. Sir Merchant alias was assassinating a corrupt tax worker before getting caught by Izuku who happens to stop by the wrong possible timing that his luck was probably rotten that Izuku should reconsider why the gods are hating him for no good reason unless it was probably the creator's fault that he end up that way.
Now to get back where we were. Ah, right. Izuku and Victor aka. Sir Merchant aliases are now sitting near a cafe as they previously ordered drinks of Coffee and sweet choco~ latte style~ as they begin their conservation equivalent to a game of Russian roulette. Their tongues sharpen like swords to beat a politician in rival would falter in comparison.
Let's begin without breaking the fourth wall.

"So... you hit the big jackpot and now you're so famous that left and right. Everyone is now targeting you like you are a limited priceless gem that could dominate the world without a single flick of your finger. Am I right?"
As Sir Merchant said those words. Izuku mentally wonders if he can shoot him with a flame bullet to burn and heal at the same time. He wanted to say, 'yes, I am definitely screwed in 20 ways.'
But instead, he said, "Yeah. I realize that popularity is troublesome. I have experienced it already... Although... I know your reasons behind that 'accident' but I wanted to know about you."
"Despite that, I am a villain in your point of view?"
Izuku chuckled, "Yes, even despite that referred label."
"Excuse me. Here is your order of one death coffee and Cherry Blossom sweet hot chocolate for two." A waiter appeared before them. She did not hear their conversation to their relief while she did not recognize them as she left them to be.
"Alright, let it rip." As Victor said those words as he soon regretted that Izuku was a very curious teen blabbering away. Not that he did not accept but it was inevitable that he was easily drawn in. Like a star.
"Why do you kill them?"
Victor silently paused to hear those words. It would be oblivious for him to say it was natural and punish those who can not change and violate those laws without a consequence of them escaping. But he is still standing in front of a teen who recently seen murder in cold blood. Izuku was taught in this country where killing was illegal which he believes in a black and white society.
Where Victor is from was very extremely dangerous. He travels all over the world where he meets cannibals and crooks who don't hold back. And there are lesser people who wield quirks to believe that they were sent by gods. To be honest, Victor would give a vague description of the gray area.
He couldn't waste any more time as Izuku was waiting for his answer. As Victor answered, "Because it is for survival."
Izuku frowned, "Survival?"
"I don't do it for pleasure nor fun. Life isn't fair nor kind. There are many who do it for necessary needs. However, you and many others don't need to do that. But keep it in mind that people had to resort to 'villainy' in other countries."
"But aren't there laws for the people to be protected?"
Victor shocked his head. "Laws can only do so little for people to follow them. It takes time but it is how people believe in. I take it that your school hardly follows the quirk rule where they allow the kids around your age to do whatever they want."
But Izuku retorted back. "But! Kac-Katsuki was special. He could do whatever he wanted and the teachers always allowed him."
Victor just looks dead from Izuku's point of view. Victor simply replied, "To be honest, Bakugou Katsuki is only like that because of his pride that was made from the influence of his background. Do you ever see why most of the adults scold you while Katsuki was not? You see that entitlement is a delusion built on self-centeredness and laziness. They will not accept those changes that clashed against their ideals. There are people like that."
As Victor took a whiff of his death coffee before continuing, "But, you. You accepted the different ideals. You accept the pain... That's something that most people don't accept easily. You experience the harsh and unfair treatment of the quirkless that... make you an example for others to take action. However, even if you now have a quirk... doesn't make you strong because... the worst part of being strong is that no one ever asks if you're okay... that's a reality you'll have to face one day.
I don't care if someone is an angel to someone but treats others like a jerk, meaning that they're a jerk as well. So don't let that get to you.''
Izuku looked down at his drink as he fiddled with it.
"Ahha... you flatter me. Merchant-senpai... I guess... I am a big game-changer. Huh, Sir Merchant-." Victor wasn't there anymore by the time Izuku lifted his head.
Ding*
His phone buzzed a message in his pocket. It was from Sir Merchant explaining that he was "Sorry to leave early but we can meet sometime later when you are alone. Message me if you need more help."
Before Izuku could look for Sir Merchant. Time had already run out for him as he saw his mother and Toshinori coming towards him. Perhaps, Izuku will meet with Sir Merchant. It was disappointing that he didn't get Sir Merchant's true name.
"Izuku?"
He turns towards his mother. "Hm? I am sorry about that. I had something on my mind."
"Alright. But you are still in trouble when we get home after this." Izuku chuckled as his mother's words were just only upset and worried.
"Yes, mother..."
"And don't forget that you are volunteering tomorrow."
'Ah.' Right, he was supposed to test the abilities and limits of his 'quirk'. The government and the U.A's staff decided that Izuku should volunteer at a hero's hospital soon to see how his quirk can go at a limit. He needs to rest up and be prepared to see the patients tomorrow.
"...?" Izuku saw something running away from the corner of his eye. Perhaps it is best to keep in check with a few allies that he managed to gather with a little friend's help. He paused. "Hey, mother. Have you seen Leon?"
"Your chameleon? I haven't seen him for some time. Did you leave him somewhere?"
He realized where Leon was as he diverted his topic. "Hah... I remember that Leon is at his favorite place. How silly me~"
He smiled at last. Since he could not leave without suspicion. Leon can.
And that Chameleon knows what to do when it is hunting a hunter.
