Foolish people believe that Power is the only way to become their ideal heroes. But in reality, power doesn't mean you are above everyone else. And don't estimate happy and silent people.

Victor strolled in Tokyo city to find and meet his target named Green Man. What a weird name... that the mans' parents gave to him. However, looking back into Green Man's crime and reason to be eliminated.

The crime info was detailed to murder to child rape which Victor could see a lot of victim names never-ending. It was unnerving that the heroes just arrested and then released him back into the city.

Even worse, Green Man was a hero before he had turned to the criminal side.

Victor definitely will punish Green Man since a father previously negotiated with him along with others' parents' names added in the bonuses.

"Please, kill that man... I don't care if I go poor... Please avenge my daughter... and the other victims as well."

In the end, Victor couldn't go back to that man's words. The government wouldn't let this killing aside but they couldn't just do this ridiculous crap that back then, police were supposed to be the reason to oppress the criminals before the age of quirks came to dumb the society down as so-called heroes career was born.

But Victor will just break the boundaries of the law.

As Victor scouted out the location where the target should be there. Victor swung down at the end of the alleyway before he walked towards the streets. Victor easily founded the suspected target. The target is currently smoking pot in the closed-off lanes with his back turned to a corpse that he simply enjoyed as ripped and took the organs out.

Victor was fed up with this sick enjoyment as his time was ticking away before the police nor heroes could arrive at any moment.

Victor pulled a sword out of his sheath as he swiftly acted quickly on Green Man before he used his quirk. He could hear Green Man pathetically pleading for mercy. But Victor whisper into Green Man's left ear,

"Are you so sure that the money that you made of the victims' flesh will be redeemed on your twisted life?"

Green Man was gone after that.

With a sword in his heart before a fire begins to consume the body.

Green Man slowly dies with a horror expression.

Victor, on the other hand, had a dark expression as a warning from his allies spotted a hero coming his way. The next thing that he knew he darted from the authorities.

He and his jinxed bad luck get worse every time.

A scarf nearly caught him.

Yeah... Lady luck really hates him.

With a smoke bomb in his hand, shaking with twists and turns in several alleyways, losing the hero but being spotted is one bad thing.

It's going to be harder later on.

The next thing that Victor knows is that he is being admired by a fanboy. Not just any fanboy. It was the rumored child, Midoriya Izuku. He was quirkless but Victor saw a deeper meaning in that boy.

And he is going to whip him into shape. Even he had to bring hell on a plate.
