Victor is regretting everything.

He was an assassin and mercenary but now he became a counselor for a teen who was about 1 year younger than him.

He advised Izuku over a couple of days as Izuku had summer break.

This time, the teen who talked over the phone was Izuku Midoriya who introduced himself in the second call.

The teen who gave Victor the phone number remained a mystery.

However, Izuku was doing better after his confidence had increased significantly.

He had good friends in a new school and they didn't judge him badly.

Looking back to his childhood, Victor vaguely remembers anyone who was good to him.

All his friends died at a young age because he made one mistake.

But they killed themselves so they wouldn't have him be tied down.

He hated making friends.

And losing them to these reasons.

He turned to the stack of papers in his spare office.

Victor's paperwork increased in the underworld.

Although, some information may be worthless or false.

He still takes it in case.

"What in the world is happening? These criminals are-"

It was not the only reason that frustrated Victor.

The influence and rate of criminal activity had been low for a time.

It is quietly strange and yet something is not right.

The heroes and the majority of the government are relaxed in this situation.

Guessing at this predicament.

Peace is going to be flipped over soon.

Frowning, Victor knew that everything could be possible to cover unless the people's pride doesn't give in.

"Really, Everything is going to an sh1t show... This is getting worrying. The league of villains... huh.."
