"Its only 6pm and there's still much fun to be had."

The girls and I after so much talks finally decided to hang out today a Friday which translates anything goes.what we couldn't decide on however was whether or not it was going to be a girls night in or out . It was quite the mess. left for me i was fine with either. and we hadn't even decided by Friday morning well not until the ding of my phone alerted me to a message; it was from our girlfriends only group chat.
||girls!!! i didn't wanna say anything cos i wasn't sure i could pull it off but i got it 6 tickets to that new movie with RAMSEY and AY in it.||
Apparently, Tunrayo had scored six tickets to a newly released movie that was selling like hot cakes at the cinema and it was for 4pm today.
It was followed by and of course and an eyeroll emoji from Ewa and a yay from Zeena who was for a night out all along.
I replied with an "I guess we are having a night out then" but i could smell the conspiracy from a mile away someone or some people are hell bent on us having a night out today whether we all agreed to it or not.
So there we were, after a 2 hour movie with no idea of where to go next. I guess that's what we get for choosing a night out without actually planning for one.
"we could always go back home and binge on netflx or something"
I was met with eight pairs of eyes stirring me down furiously for even daring to suggest returning home.
"Abeg make we go radisson jare we can decide on what to do next while we sip on some cocktails and stir at the coast."
"Ah.....OBO Tunrayo show us the way now." Tobi's reaction was priceless. It elicited full on laughter from everyone.
It was actually nice to chill at Radisson

I looked down at my phone as i sat in the car in time to see Ewa's instastory, which she captioned; "the perks of being friends with a Radisson membership holder." I let out a chuckle and quickly showed it to Tunrayo was driving.
yeah I know Ewa can be too much some times. Tunrayo said nodding her head.
The said story was a video of us getting dressed in one of the suites at Radisson. We finally decided on what to do next over dinner earlier in the evening. And yas! Thank God Tunrayo had a membership so we got a free suite at Radisson and double Thank God somebody is a super model with a boutique and a make up store in the boot of her car; someone should really make an instastory of that if only for retaliation.
we soon arrive at "The clubhouse" a silent disco and karaoke bar. I know it doesn't make sense but it fits together perfectly.
we were sitting at the karaoke bar listening to Tobi who has been in a one way romance with the microphone since we got her and to be frank it was getting really boring to hear her sing "I like me better" for the third time even though to be fair she did sing "Paris in the rain" and "mean it" once. what's with her new found obsession in Lauv? Good thing Ewa took over the the mic.
I stood up to get a drink at the bar and guess who was there?
Zeena I thought you went to dance at the the disco. I said as I signaled the the bartender.
I couldn't stand one more song from Tobi so I came here.

Me three. came Tunrayo from behind us.
Yeah we replied her in unison.
Tee I know you said you moved back to Lagos but don't think I believe it for a second; so tell me how long are you really here for??
What the! it's serious this time the only way I'll ever leave Lag is if I marry my way out of lag. I guess I should be thankful the parents are letting me live in a separate house. If only Toba will return so the stop feeling the need to suffocate my existence
Well on the bonus side you get to see me and the girls whenever you want at least for a year we'll all be at the same place most of the time. I said with an smile.
Speaking of the same place; Zeena said sharing a knowing look with Tunrayo.
How has working with a certain Mr. been? Zeena asked as Tunrayo burst into a fit of laughter.

We don't see much at the office joor but we did have lunch the other day.

Wait hope it wasn't that reunion party where you ditched me at even though we were supposed to go home together and you just went M.I.A. for like one week after it. Tobi if you remember we were looking for her all night and we actually thought she was kidnapped because she wasn't picking her calls. If not for Bola that told us you went home.
And so I told them of the events of that night.
