Just something I wanted to pass on

Many Muslims fast on Ashura
Don't
Pay attention and research the history
It just doesn't make sense for us to fast and celebrate a day for the Jews
Especially since on the same day Imam Hussain was killed

Anyways...tomorrow is the 10th day of Muharram, the Day of Ashura
Today is the eve of Ashura

Tomorrow I will start posting about Ashura and what happened and the details
Like how Imam Hussain (as) died

The story of how the Battle of Karbala started
Why there was a battle in the first place

The companions of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh/as) and Imam Ali (as) that fought with Imam Hussain (as) and some who betrayed him

The enemies who had a change of heart and fought beside Imam Hussain (as)

The children that were slaughtered

The children and women and men that were tortured and starved
