I head into the bathroom to see a large tub filled with water. I have read in books of how a bath soothes your aching body, some even leave a nice fragrance on your skin. I can tell this bath was one of those, a sweet smell filled the room. I strip out of my revealing Jotun clothes and walked towards the bath.

One thing I should have remembered from books was that non Jotuns like to take hot baths. In hast I stepped in the bath to end up screaming at the top of my lungs and falling out. My leg burned from the hot water touching my frozen Jotun skin. I dropped the illusion to find a purple colored leg. [ Blue skin plus red hot burn equals purple ]

I quickly summoned ice and held it to my legs.

"What happened?!" Loki ran into the room.

"Loki!" I yelled and attempted to cover myself. He looked away.

"Pardon me, I heard a scream and wanted to make sure everything was alright." He said with his back to me.

"I'm fine. The maid was lacking the knowledge of me being Jotun when she drew me a hot bath." I chuckled.

"Are you alright?"

"I don't know. I have ice on it but I have never experienced heat since my whole life has been on that frozen planet."

"May I take a look." He summons a fluffy long jacket and hands it to me. "You can wear this." I take the jacket and put it on.

"Alright. You can look." He slowly turns around.

"I have limited healing knowledge, especially for Jotuns." He kneels next to my knee. "I have studied Asgardian and Midgardian healing spells for burns. We are very similar in physiology. I guess I can try it on a Jotun." He lays his hands on my leg to preform a spell. His hands start to turn blue, he pulls away.

"Are you afraid of me or yourself?" He looks at me. "We are not monsters Loki... let me rephrase that. Yes most Jotuns are barbarians and savages but some are not. Some are raised to follow there primitive side and some arent. Like you and me. There is nothing to be afraid of." He furrows his brows. "Just think how cool we are. We can make ice out of nowhere, and we never get cold" I chuckle. He smiles.

"Yet we burn people and we are weak in the heat." He retorts.

"Piff, whatever. Better to chase away the annoying brats." I laugh. He shakes his head.

"You are not like any Jotun I have met." He sits down on the ground.

"I take that as a compliment. For all I know is the only Jotun you have met are the ones you just battled with." I smile. "And personally I think you are the only male Jotun I have met that is nice. All the others are." I scrunch my face and shake my head. "Feral." He laughs.

"Well thank you. Now let's see about this leg." He picks up my leg and puts it on his lap. "It doesn't look to bad." He places his hands back on my leg. His hands turn blue but he doesn't pull away. "I have been lied to my whole life about my true heritage."

"Seemed that way since you kept looking at your hand and called me monster." I chuckled. He frowned and focused on his magic. "You are going to be fine. Even though you had no idea they still treated you like a son, and brother." His brows furrowed.

"My Mother surely, maybe my brother. But not my Father." He said with anger and sadness.

"Well I think your Fathers a nutcase." I chuckled. "Don't tell him I said that though." Loki chuckled.

"Don't worry I won't. Tell me about Jotun." He released his hands from my leg. It had its natural blue color back.

"It's cold, but of course that doesn't bother me. They all are possessive, part of there Jotun heritage." Loki skin turned back. "Females protect there kids. Like how mother animals protect there offspring in the books I read. Males are worse then females, they want power. They will do anything to get it, I had to keep hidden and defend myself because who wouldn't want there kids to have magic." I laughed but I couldn't hid the hurt.

"They wanted to breed you-" I recoiled at the word use. "-because of your abilities?" He kind of seemed irritated.

"Yea, all for the power. I think I caught Laufeys attention. But I escaped with you guys before anything happened. Thankfully." I smiled at him. "So...." I took my leg off of his lap.

"Right. Maybe you should get your bath. I'll help change the water." He stands up and offers his hand.

"Thank you." I accept his help and stand up. "I haven't the slightest clue on what to do. I learned most of what is outside Jotun through my many books my Mother left." Loki pulls out a plug and the water slowly leaves.

"If you would like I can show you to the library tomorrow. There are many books from many realms." He stands back up straight and looks into my eyes.

"I would love that. Thank you." I smiled. "Do you like books?" He breathed a laugh

"You could say that. I rather a good book anytime." He smiled then looked at the water. He seemed to think it was low enough to stop the drain again. "What kind of books do you read?" He turns a knob and water comes rushing out of the curved faucet.

"Whatever I have. It's not like there is a store or library on Jotun." I run my hand through the cold flowing water. "Romance is most of them. Very few are history. My mom was a romantic, strange for the stereotypical Jotun." I chuckled.

"Is your mother-?"

"Dead, yes. It was a long time ago." I sat on the tub side and dipped my legs in. "This is nice, if I was on Jotunheim the water would already be frozen." I chuckle.

"How did you wash then?" He seemed kind of shy after he asked that.

"No dirt. And we don't sweat. Why wash an ice cube." I chuckle. "It seems kind of gross, it is but there was never really a need." Loki stopped the water.

"I guess you are right. I shall leave you now. I apologize again for barging in without asking." He holds his hands behind his back.

"You were being a hero when you barged in." I chuckle. "I might have died from heat stroke if you hadn't." I joke. He laughs.

"Well if you need me to slay any dragons I will be right down the hall." He smiled. "Also, use this to wash your hair." He hands me a bottle of pink liquid and leaves.

He seems nice, well he is nice. He's cute too, but he is a Prince. He must have many women.... Why do I care?! Oh right, he's Jotun and kind. Very rare. But alas, I will most likely be heading to Midgard since Asgard is not a fan of my kind.
