~Jëššïçå Pøv~

"Thank you for buying tickets to see Sunshine And Rain in concert, I hope you enjoy the show." I smiled to the brunette woman in front of me with a green-haired teenager connected at her hip. She shot me a dirty look, before stalking off with the tickets and her little brat of a girl. They spent over twenty minutes making a fuss over nothing! Oh God, my job is tiring.

Selling tickets isn't my ideal life-long career, no this is a temporary job... To pay for the broken window I smashed with Jen. Damn rocks, always sneaking in my hand while I'm trying to avenge my best friend after she got hit by the pack passer. The 'passer' is Kora, the 26 year old sibling of Jen's who is passed around by guys from the age of 15 and up. The pack females are disgusting, none are decent enough to be pure, except me and Jen.

A balding man with a pair of blonde twin girls stepped up, waving a few twenty dollar bills for the tickets. I didn't even have to count the money to know he was trying to play me. The price was $150 for a single ticket -he barely had enough for one.

"Excuse me, sir, the price for one ticket is one-fifty. It looks like you barely have enough for a single. Please can you move aside for non-time wasters? Thank you." I faked a smile, not caring if I sounded like a little brat. The man immediately glared at me, shaking his head to his daughters, who looked like they were gonna cry, before they left.

After about nine more people, I was off shift. Yay! I could hear shouting from outside the store, telling people in the line to hurry up. It was a guy's voice, to me it sounded like Heaven on a stick -a cakepop. I brushed it off though, blocking the zero percent chance I had with Mr HeavenlyCakepopVoice out of my head. Running a hand through my hair, I left the main room, waving curtly to a few of my co-workers.

Finally, I get to go home. Hallelujah, praise the Lord! I was literally so happy, I pulled my jumper over my head and brought my top half way up my stomach too. Someone say careless?

Slipping my yellow highlighter jumper back on my peg, I grabbed my bag from the same peg and swung it on my shoulders. I plucked the hairtie on my wrist, making sure it's there out of habit, before I pulled my brown hair into a ponytail. Sighing in the heat, I made my way to the front of the store again.

This time, I heard a guy yelling, growling and radiating power. It should've frightened me, the guy obviously being an Alpha, but I felt something flutter in my chest.

Mate, it's mate! My wolf howled in my head, yipping happily as something tugged at me to go back to the ticket stands. To Jen's stand in particular. A pang of jealousy washed over me as I saw a tall, blonde haired guy standing next to an equally tall, blue mohawked guy. They were quite a pair, both very muscular, but the blonde seemed stronger and more powerful.

Pins and needles exploited my body; my fingers twitched with an urge to run them through Blondie's curly hair; my heart hammered in my chest. I felt the pull, strong enough to call out even the wolf with the most self control. I know something's going to happen; something big, very very big.

MATE. GO TO MATE. GO. RUN. RUN. MOVE YOUR FEET. My wolf practically screamed at me, ordering me to move. But how can we be so sure that's mate? I can't smell him. I can't feel his emotions. I can't feel the mate bond between us. Lotus is the only one out of the two of us who can tell, even though she's a weak wolf, she's still stronger than me.

Without her, I'm a vulnerable human. There'd be no way I'd survive being the pack runt if she wasn't the one who healed me and helped me connect to Jen's wolf, the only wolf who chooses to protect me. In my opinion, she's fit to be a Luna but I'm dragging her down. I'm the Omega keeping her from finding her Alpha soulmate. I would never of thought my selfishness could ever bring someone down with me.

But I can't do that, an Omega can't order someone about. That's my death certificate practically sitting in my hands.
