~Fëlîx Pøv~

"She's so small, so fragile, so tiny. She's so strong, how is she Omega? She's more of a Luna -persuasive and determined. She's beautiful and she's mine." I muttered to myself, my thoughts on my beautiful mate. When I first saw her in the music store, I couldn't believe I'd been paired with such a beautiful blue-eyed brunette.

She looked so much like someone I knew back in my childhood, but that woman was a Luna to a neighbouring pack that fell in a battle against RougeWolves. The RoyalBlueMoon pack; Luna Rachael was Queen and Alpha Romero was King, they had a child. The RougeWolves planned to attack on the day the child was born, but the baby was given birth a week earlier. The kid disappeared on the day of the attack, before the RougeWolves got to the Royal Alphas.

Luna Rachael was like an Aunt to me, my father being ex-Royal Guard to her and a close friend. She was always around with her mate, even while she was pregnant. She was hoping to have a little girl, but I never found out what gender her child was.

I don't even know if the baby is alive, if Luna Rachael is alive. They could've escaped, but father doesn't talk of the Royal family, he says it's too upsetting. King Romero was a close friend of father's as well and he is still alive, living somewhere secret. Father only found out of Romero's existence when he contacted him through a feral wolf a couple years back.

It's been 17 years since that day and we, MountainLuna pack, vowed to avenge the deceased RoyalBlueMoon pack wolves. That's our reason for all the attacks we've put against RougeWolves, although we've lost many times, we will come out victorious this time -I can feel it in my gut.

"I heard Felix found his mate!" Someone yelled outside of my office door. I rolled my eyes, got up and opened the door. My Beta stood there with an envelope and a wrapped up box. A goofy smile was set on his lips and he waltzed into my office gracefully, setting the box on the desk by the window. He turned to me and gestured to the box.

"This was supposed to be my mate's birthday present... But, you know, after the attack RougeWolves pulled on us, I figured she wouldn't need this. So I thought maybe your mate would want it -think of it as a 'Welcome Home' present." He handed me the card and patted me on my back.

"Thank you, Hansel. You're too kind." I brought him in for a hug. He lost his mate a couple months ago, her throat was ripped out when she sacrificed herself to save the Omega and two children. She died and Hansel watched his world crumble around him. I felt sorry for him. I didn't realize how much it physically hurt him until I thought of losing Jessica. That was only a fraction of what he felt.

"Open the card, Flick. Read it when I'm gone." He let go and took a step back, a sad smile on his lips. His eyes started to water and I knew he thinking of his mate. He's at his weakest when he thinks of his beloved.

"See ya later." Then he walked out of my office. What? Why did he say 'Read it when I'm gone'? What's that supposed to mean!?

I tore open the envelope and started to read the written words in blue ink.
