Chapter 15
So it turns out after our, boring as watching grass grow lecture from the principal, Rein, Archer and I were 'officially' suspended for three days, but, since it was the end of the semester, we had to serve it at home.
By the time we go out, it was already the end of the day, and I still hadn't cleaned my locker.
"Rein do you want to help me clean my locker pleaseeee?" I tug him towards my locker, I still have to get changed, lucky Rein brings spare shirts to school.
"We have to go to my locker first, to get the shirts then I’ll help" he walks to his locker, spinning the dial and retrieving the shirts, coming back within the minute.
Mum came and picked Archer up an hour ago, I would have gone with them but I don't really want leave my locker to grow any sort of low life form during the holidays.
"I'm just going to get changed" Rein chucks me a shirt; it has some old band on it.
"Why don't you get changed here, nobody’s here" I look up and down the hallways just making sure anyway.
"Whatever" he starts to take off his shirt, when I see the shirt he has.
"Wait no, I want that shirt" I point at it, he holds it high chuckling.
"What you mean this one?" He unfolds it, the print on the inside is of Paramore, aka one of my favourite bands and add to that, the fact that it was my shirt to begin with. The bitch stole my shirt.
"You poo, you stole my shirt, I'd been wondering where that was"
"Well you’re not the only one who likes Paramore"
"But it’s my shirt, I bought it"
"Fine here take it, it’s probably too small anyway"
"That's what I thought" I flash him a smug smile taking the shirt.
I pull off my shirt right then and there, and pull on my other one.
Rein looks at me like I'm crazy.
"What?"
"I hope you don't change like that in front of Archer, because that is a compromising position you just put yourself in, no wonder he has a thing for you" he pulls off his own and shrugs the other one on, it has AC/DC on the front, he wanted me to wear an AC/DC shirt.
I pull all of the shit out of my locker and sort the paper from the books and put all of the useless and unidentified objects in the bin, I have no idea why teachers print all of this paper when it’s only going to end up in the bin anyway.
Rein and I attempt to push and shove all of the remaining books in my small bag, and fail. I place my bag in the ground while Rein holds it I push my foot into it, hoping to squash more in when I hear a loud ripping noise.
I pick it up and look at the bottom of the bag, where a huge hole has decided to make its home.
“Well looks like I’ll be getting a new bag” from the bay, they have the prettiest ones.
I pick it up like a baby, and get Rein to fish the keys out. Now for the next challenge making it to the car without dropping anything.
"Rein you walk behind in case I drop anything"
We successfully make it to the car without dropping to many things, just the occasional text book on Reins foot.
Jumping in my car, I let it come to life, and back out, I head straight for the gate, but it’s not long until I find Reins car next to mine.
