(Y/N) POV
I'm on my way to lunch with Kakashi to discuss the enemy I've been gathering Intel on.
This will be the first time we have ever actually sat down and talked to each other.
I reached the meeting spot before he did so I sat alone for a couple of minutes.
"Hello," the grey-haired Ninja says as he sits across from me.
I nod my head as I pass him a folder full of info.
He starts looking through it as I inspect our area for anyone who might be watching us.
"So...a masked man," he asks as I nod
"Only one eye...because the mask only has one eye hole," he Says looking from the paper to me
"Yes, it would be safe to assume that he doesn't have a left eye...however, there is a possibility that he does have one," I tell him as he nods
"Ok, I've scanned the data, and I'll tell my team about it," he says as I nod
"Do you think the person is watching?" He asks as I shrug
"As far as I know, he isn't here. But he has been hanging around the village a lot," I say as Kakashi eyes me curiously
"Why haven't you captured him then?" He asks
"We just ended the 3rd Great Ninja war...if he was from another village and we captured him...peace wouldn't for last long," I say as he sees my point
"How do you not know where he lives?" He says
"He is very careful when he returns home. I've tried following him and I've failed every time," I tell him
"I see, so we don't know anything about this guy?" Kakashi asks
"Not a clue," I say as he nods
"How's Rin doing?" I ask him as I order some food. He seemed a little taken aback by my question
"Oh, she's doing fine," he says as we tell the waiter what we want for food
"That's good, I hear she's taken a role at the hospital," I say
"Yeah, she did," he confirms
Our food arrives and we enjoy our meal.
"I've been wanting to say this for a while...but I'm sorry about Obito," he says
"You didn't kill him, you have nothing to be sorry about, " I tell him...in my head was a totally different thought process.
It shoulda been you, you shoulda helped him more.
I didn't feel like talking anymore
"I need to go, something came up," I say as I disappear from his sight.
I jumped around until I was ten blocks away and then I walked normally.
I get like this whenever Obito is mentioned...I lose all desire to talk and I just want to be alone.
