(Y/N) POV
My eyes open as I feel a burning sensation in my eyes.
"What is that?" I say aloud as my eyes ache.
"Ahhhh," I hear a pained groan from Cassy's room.
The rest of the house was quiet other than the laboured breathing of Cassy from the room.
"Cassy, are you ok?" I ask as I walk toward the door.
She doesn't respond as another groan comes out.
"It burns," I hear her quietly say as I open the door.
I was expecting her to be lit on fire or something, from her comment "it burns" that would be a reasonable assumption.
But she was laying in a pool of her own sweat as she slowly pounds her forehead against the bed frame.
My eyes feel like they were gonna burn out of their sockets.
Then...I see it.
The pain goes away
In a dimension where I'm surrounded by Sharingan, I see a giant beast before me.
"Interesting," he says in a somewhat high-pitched voice.
"You have some interesting eyes...of course as an Uchiha, that should be expected," he says as I stand on guard
"You must not worry, I can not harm you here," he says as a scowl comes across his face.
His skin was the colour of sand, he kinda looked like a mean evil giant panda with a huge Tail...
"Who are you?" I ask him as he smiles
"You don't know?" He asks with a smirk as I shake my head
"Hohoho, you don't know! I can tell from your chakra, you've touched the nine-tailed fox!" The monster says as I frown
"What do you mean?" I ask
"Yes, you are clueless...ha, no wonder why the leaf village didn't want you around," he says as I'm getting even more confused
"Explain," I demand as his tone and posture seemingly change the instant I say.
"Your eyes," he begins in a monotone, different than the tone before.
"They bring us out," he says as I funnel my brows
Before I could ask any more questions, I'm snapped out of the dimension and back into the room.
My eyes start to ache again, but not near as much as they did before.
"What are you doing?" Cassy asks as she has gotten out of bed and in a fighting stance.
It took me a while to respond.
"You were groaning in pain, I came to check on you," I say as she looks at me
"Are you sure that's the reason?" She asks like I'm lying.
"I have no reason to be in here otherwise," I tell her as shakes her head
"No other reason my ass," she says quietly to herself.
"Why?" I ask her from nowhere
"Why what?" She responds
"Why were you groaning. It sounded like you were getting burned," I point out as she raises a brow
"I don't know what you're talking about," she says
"Liar," I point out as she shifts uncomfortably.
"I really don't know," she insists
"There's something wrong with you," I say pointing to her bed
"Someone doesn't sweat 3 litres normally when they sleep," I point out at her bed as she looks at where my finger points.
"I'm a cold sleeper, this cabin is too hot," she says.
"Why are you lying?" I ask as she gets even more defensive.
"You're a stranger! We let you stay with us for the night. I'm in no wrong if I don't want to tell you something," she lashes out quietly.
She suddenly goes quiet as my eyes burn even hotter.
"What are you doing?" She asks as I'm doing nothing.
"I haven't done a single thing," I tell her
"Your eyes," she says approaching me.
She touched me, it sent pain throughout my whole body. Instead of my eyes burning, now my whole body feels like it's lit on fire.
"Ahh!" I yelp as she shifts away quickly. As soon as she stops touching me, the burning feeling goes away.
"You burned me!" I accuse as I look at my body for any burn marks...there weren't any.
"What going on?" Martha says barging into the room.
"He's acting weird...and his eyes," Cassy says as I look at Martha. She almost gasps.
"(Y/N) dear, what are you doing with your eyes!" She says.
"I don't know! I don't even know what you're talking about!" I say as Martha leaves for a moment only to come back with a mirror.
Sure enough, my pupils were red, as if I was using my Sharingan...It looked like my normal Sharingan, but instead if three tomoes I had nine.
"What the," I begin as my eyes burn intensely.
I feel my head get light, and then the thump of my head bounces off the hardwood floor as I pass out.
