As I arrived at the castle training grounds all the soldiers looked on me as if I was a child.

"Don't mind them," said Ron. "For they haven't seen your skill,"

I nodded then continued walking. We went to a long passageway in the castle that was only lit by torches. We stopped by a wooden door at the very end of the long hallway, then the chief gave me a key.

"This is for your room. Keep it, for that is the only one you will have. Training starts tomorrow morning. Wake up to the crow of the rooster then report to the training grounds right away, got it? Oh and dinner while be set before sundown in the basement of the castle. You must be there before early or no food. Same goes for breakfast and lunch. Did you get everything I said?

" Y-yes sir," I stuttered Trying to process everything as best I could. I said yes because I'm sure he wouldn't repeat anything.

"Uhh sir?" I said before he took off with Ron.

"What?!" He said, a bit irritated.

"Thank you for accepting me to train," I said with a smile.

"Yeah whatever," And just like that he took off.

The door to my room looked like an arch with a few cracks and a few bits of wood missing. It had a bronze lock. I opened it. I went inside my room. It would seem small for a tall person but for me it was just right. On the right side was a bed that looked like it hasn't been used but it looked old. On the other side was a stone bench chained to the wall. On the wall facing the door was a glass window. It was high for me but if I pushed the bed under it I would be able to used it as a stepper. So thats the first thing I did. I moved the bed under the window. It was heavier than I expected.

After I got the bed under the window I stood on it then looked out.
"Oh no, its almost nighttime!"

I locked my room then I rushed out of the passageway as fast as I could. I went out, went into the castle just in time. I ran to the castle and saw a line of soldiers in front of a staircase. I was about to follow them but a guard stopped me.

"You there, whats your reason for coming here? Why are you not in uniform?"

"I-i-i-i d-d-d-on't have a uniform," I stuttered and panted as I tried to catch my breath.

"Well then go get one! Don't be so lazy!" Said the guard.

"Hey!" Said a voice of a girl. "Hey! That is no way to treat a new soldier!"

"Yes your highness, please forgive me," said the guard.

"I forgive you but next time don't treat anyone like that alright?"

The guard nodded and went back to his station.

"How did you know I was a new recruit?" I asked.

"Coz you're not in uniform," she said with a chuckle.

    "Oh I forgot,"

She just gave a little laugh. "What is your name?"

    "Link, your highness,"

"Alright then, Link, you better hurry if you still want food,"

I remembered that I was to go to the basement of the castle.

"Oh right! E-e-excuse me your highness!" I said as I rushed to the basement.

Luckily I was just in time. There was still food left. I got a wooden plate, wooden utensils, and got the leftover food. I sat down on an empty table.

Ron approached me and asked, "What took you, Link?"

"I was about to go here but a guard stopped me and asked why I wasn't in uniform," I answered.

"Oh right!" Said the redhead as he snapped his finger. "I meant to give you one but it slipped my mind. Sorry," he said with an apologetic face.

"No its fine. Umm, if possible, can u give it to me later?"

"Sure! I'll get it right now!" Then he ran off.

"Wait..." But he had already gone.

"I finished my food then went back up.

    "Hey Link!" Said Zelda.

"Princess!" I said. "Aren't you supposed to be sleeping?"

"You sound just like my father," she rolled her eyes. "Anyway Ron wanted me to tell you he left your new uniform on your doorstep."

"Thank you, your highness," I replied. Then I went back outside then went back to the long passageway. Before I unlocked the door to my room I saw clothes neatly folded on my doorstep. It had a note on it. It read: 'TO LINK. SORRY FOR THE DELAY'. I took the clothes then I went inside my room, I put them on then went to sleep.

I had a dream almost the same like the other night. It was a continuation of the same dream.

The old man tapped me on shoulder and I was back on the ground but this time it was as if I had been struck by lightning. I tried to speak but I couldn't. Then I looked at the girl who was turned into stone.

'Zelda' I said in my mind.

"Yes. That is princess Zelda. She had a powerful force called the light force. That is what I took from her,"

    'Wait, you can hear me?'

"Yes I can. But not for long. You will only cause trouble later on." Said the man. "TO STONE WITH YOU!!!"

In his hand appeared a violet ball. I shut my eyes to prepare for the worst.

The moment I shut my eyes I woke up. The rooster crowed and I sat down on the edge of my bed.

"What was that?" I said to my self. "I think its a vision. No, it can't be. Its probably just my imagination." I shrugged then headed on out to the training grounds.
