Chapter Twelve

The next day

You had gotten Steve to call a meeting, so you could prove to the team you were more than just your powers, revealing some of your past.

"What is this meeting about?" Nat said as the team had finished sitting down.

You stood at the front of the table, "I thought i'd show you guys some things from my past", You stated. 

"Is this wise Y/N?" Thor asked, aware of your past and the different sides of your past you could share.

"Yes" You replied simply, Feeling anxious.

"She's just going to show you how she can help us" Bucky stated, noticing you were struggling.

"Show?" Tony asked.

"I can cast my memories to you" You stated, finally revealing one of your hidden powers you kept from the team. 

"That fascinating" Bruce chimed in, excitedly.

"Will it hurt?" Wanda asked, you knew as she was another magic user, she would need reassurance.

You shook your head, "No. But as a mind reader yourself, you will need to allow me to have access to your mind" 

"I suppose you need access to mine too?" Loki asked.

"Depends on if you want to see or not. You'll just have to unblock me" You stated, still slightly annoyed by him. You knew he had blocked your abilities to possibly mess with his mind, the moment he knew you had mind altering abilities. 

"Fine" He huffed.

"Everyone ready?" You asked, everyone nodded. You closed your eyes and held your hands out and concentrated, running through your memories, until you hit some of your time as a warrior. Once you were ready a pink glow came from your hands, the glow travelled throughout the room, separate strands of energy travelling towards each person, taking over their minds. As soon as you sensed it had reached everyone you casted of your memories to them.

You showed them memories of you and Thor, fighting side by side. Fighting creatures and armys from distant planets that were planning to take over Asgard. You wielded a shield, similarly to Steve's, but made from material found in Asgard. You also used a sword. 

Once you were done showing the memories you stopped the energy from flowing, letting everyone reconnect with their minds.

Nat was the first to speak up, "Holy shit, she's a badass". This caused you and Bucky to laugh. 

"She's like a female version of Cap with that Shield" Tony stated.

"That's insane" Steve added, not expecting to see you look so powerful.

"Witchy got skills" Sam spoke with a big smile, clearly impressed.

"Do you still have the outfit?" Nat asked, impressed with what you wore as you were fighting.

You laughed, "Yep". Just like Loki, you were able to cast different outfits, but you only really did this for your warrior outfit. A pink glow covered you as you changed your outfit, revealing the outfit they had seen previously in your memories.

"Bucky, I'd be careful or I might steal your girlfriend" Nat stated, causing everyone to laugh. 

You sat down next to Bucky and he wrapped his arm around you. "Sorry, Nat. I'll stop you before you can" He said, with a smile.

"We'll see" She replied, causing you to laugh.

Bucky turned to you, "I better watch out then" He joked. 

"Yep" You replied and rested your head on his shoulder, he rested his head on yours.

"So Y/N, What exactly did you show us?" Tony asked, changing the subject back to the memories you had just shown them. 

"My time as a warrior for Asgard" You replied.

"How did I not know about this?" Loki asked, causing you all to turn to him. He looked annoyed, since you had kept something important from him during your relationship. 

"We didn't know each other then" You stated. 

"But you and Thor knew each other then?" He asked, he knew you and Thor knew each other before you met Loki, as Thor introduced the two of you, but he wasn't aware of how you two met.

"We fought along side each other, that's how we met" Thor replied for you. 

Loki turned back to you, "You couldn't have told me? I thought we told each other everything?" 

"I was never ready to tell you about it. My time as a warrior had some of the most painful memories" You started to say, for once Loki was listening carefully. "I needed to say it now as only you, Thor and Bucky know what I'm fully capable of. I felt like I had to prove I can help just in case there's a possibility of me being unable to use my powers."

"Along side Wanda. I'll help you with your powers. I've done it once before, I can do it again. If you'll let me" Loki replied.

For once you didn't feel annoyed by him, he actually wanted to help you and you were grateful. "That would be great, Thankyou" You replied honestly. Loki smiled, looking proud of himself. "No funny business" You said sternly. 

"No funny business of course" He replied, almost sounding convincing 

"Anything else we should know?" Steve asked.

"In time, I'll share more. But for now that's it" You replied.

"Thankyou for sharing that with us Y/N" Steve added.

You smiled, "No problem" 

-Later that night-

You and Bucky were chilling in your room just before going to sleep. Bucky hovered over you and you were rubbing his cheek.

"How do you feel now that everyone knows about part of your past?" He asked.

"I feel good surprisingly, I thought i'd regret it but I don't" You replied. 

"Good. The only thing I have to worry about at the moment is Nat stealing you from me" Bucky joked, kissing your nose.

You laughed, "She can try but she probably won't succeed"

"Good" He replied, You wrapped your hand around his neck and pulled yourself up to give him a kiss. He leant down as the two of you melted into the kiss.
