Jungkook's soft pen tapping could be heard around the hushed library. The paper that sat in front of him stared blankly into his eyes, daunting him.

A soft sigh left his lips as he decided to leave the deserted library. He packed up his stuff and headed for the exit.

Once he was back in his school hallway, he headed towards his locker.

Jungkook had decided to stay after school a little longer than normal. It was to finish up his homework in the cozy library that he had dubbed his second Haven. Although nothing could compare to his real Haven.

Jungkook sauntered to his locker and opened it. He was so ready to go to his dorm and sleep. He rarely stayed there mainly because Jimin was never home, and the dorm would feel lonely. He mostly went home to sleep, eat, or on rare occasions, spend time with Jimin.

This morning when Jimin had made him breakfast had been extremely rare. Usually he wouldn't be back till 1 or 2 am. He was either with one of his hookups or out clubbing.

Jungkook discarded his depressed thoughts and opened his locker. As he was about to grab his things, a note fell out.

Jungkook stared at it curiously as it floated to the ground. He bent down and picked it up. He gazed at the note with wide eyes. He quickly whipped his head around to scan the empty hallway.

Jungkook slowly looked back at the note.

"Jungkookie?" He read what was in-scripted on the front of the note before turning it over in his hands.

He was about to open it when he heard a loud CRASH.

Jungkook startled from the loud noise. He grabbed all of his things and the note, then ran out. The hallway was dark and deserted reminding him of his dream while he ran out the front doors of his school. He shivered at the all to real nightmare and headed back to his dorm.

Jungkook went up to his dorm and pulled out his key. He quietly opened the door to see if Jimin was inside, but all the lights were off.

Jimin wasn't home.

Jungkook sighed in disappointment and walked in. He sauntered to his room and threw his stuff on the ground. Then he flicked the lights on and sat on his bed, the note still firmly gripped in his hand. Jungkook stared at it as he examined the unusual piece of paper.

The material was a normal envelope but it felt somewhat rough or old. As if it had been sitting in a box decaying away.

Jungkook flipped it over and carefully started to open it. Inside was another piece of paper that he took out and scanned.

He opened the folded up note and started to read the dainty handwriting.

Dear My Jungkookie,

Hello. I realized you were upset a couple days ago. Don't be sad, I hate it when you're sad because it makes me sad. To see your beautiful face twist in a depressed way. You have to smile. When you smile it's like there are millions of galaxies in your eyes. When you smile it gives me butterflies, it makes me want to take you away and hold you tight. To protect you. Jungkookie you are my everything. Please never leave me, stay with me forever.

I discovered that you are not as happy as you should be all the time. I want you to alway be happy. I want your reason of happiness to be me. I am the only one you should smile for. No one else deserves your smile. Only ME. But don't worry my love you will be mine soon. Soon you will know what it truly feels like to be happy. I will make you the happiest in the entire world. Wait for me, I will come to you my sweet angle. I will see you soon love. Pretty soon...

You Will Be Mine

Love, Your Protector

Jungkook stared at the letter in horror. The possessiveness and crazy way it was written making Jungkook even more terrified.

This letter was the start, he knew it. His dream. His vision. The letter was the first step to his terrifying future. But he didn't want this. He didn't want any of it at all. He may be overthinking it all, but his visions are never wrong. This letter could be from anyone. They know who he is and what he does. They know when he is sad, which means they know about his Haven.

The noise!

The noise he heard that day. It was them. They were watching him in the trees. They breached his safe place.

Jungkook was furious. How could someone do that to him. How could someone watch him when he was the most vulnerable. Yes he was in an open park, but he still had privacy.

Jungkook furrowed his brows in anger and fear as he gripped the note in his hands. Jungkook took a deep breath and loosened his grip, trying to relax. He looked back at the envelope discarded next to him. He hadn't noticed before, but there was something else inside. With shaky hands he carefully grabbed it. He looked inside and pulled out the rest of the contents.

Jungkook's breath hitched and his heart stopped. He scanned the photos with absolute horror and terror. There were five photos.

His hands shook as as he stared at the first photo. He was walking out of his art class and looking down.

The next showed Jungkook outside his dorm finishing up his morning jog.

The third had him buying groceries in the nearby convenience store.

The fourth photo was of last week. When him and Taehyung were working on their project for art. It showed the back of Taehyung's head and the rest of him smiling happily.

He stared at the last one, it was a picture of him sitting against a tree. His eyes closed as the wind blew his hair. He was at his Haven

Jungkook could feel wetness on his cheeks as he continued to look at the pictures.

Someone was stalking him and he didn't even know. He hadn't felt uncomfortable or the weird feeling you're supposed to get when you're being watched.

The only time he got scared or felt like that was that day when he was vulnerable.

Jungkook tossed everything to the floor and stuffed his head into his pillow. The nightmare he had coming back to him in waves.

Fear started to consume Jungkook. Tears cascaded down his porcelain cheeks. The fear racking his body. He wanted to stop this, he really did. But he has never felt anything like this before.

If only he could see his parents. Maybe they could help him. Or his sister could tell him how to save himself. He needed to talk to them.

He sobbed. He sobbed because he knows the future was inevitable. He sobbed because his dreams are never wrong. He sobbed because he knew he couldn't escape his horrifying reality.

Jungkook's breathing calmed down. His breathes coming in short pants as he wiped his tear stained cheeks. He threw his soaked pillow to the floor and looked up at his ceiling.

He would talk to his parents tomorrow, they will know what to do.

And with that last thought, Jungkook drifted off into a dreamless slumber.
