Speckledsnow was sitting in camp
Somecat was coming over to her
"Hey Speckledsnow do you want to come on my hunting patrol" Cloudfrost asked
"okay" Speckledsnow answered
"Riverpaw we are going on out hunting" Cloudfrost said
"Alright" Riverpaw replied and walked over
"Let's go" Riverpaw said
"You don't tell me what to do because you are my apprentice" Cloudfrost said
And they walked out of camp
Speckledsnow sniffed to see if she could smell any rabbits
They could probably see any rabbits but she couldn't because she was blind
"Come on Speckledsnow your acting like your blind or something" Riverpaw said
"I'm blind you furball" Speckledsnow replied
"I know he made you mad but you don't have to yell at him" Cloudfrost said
"Well if we are just going to stand here arguing I'm going hunting" Speckledsnow said
She ran down the hill and away from Cloudfrost and Riverpaw
And she stopped a good distance away from them and sniffed again and she could smell a rabbit close by
She turned towards the sent and ran at the rabbit
She heard a yellp of fear from the rabbit and she grabbed it in her paw and bit it's neck
She was going back to camp with two rabbits in her jaws
"Your back" Riverpaw said
She deposited her prey on the fresh-kill pile and turned to face him
"Just leave me alone" Speckledsnow said
"Riverpaw who did you annoy" Winterpaw asked
"I annoyed Speckledsnow because I called her blind" Riverpaw answered
"Because I hate that insult" Speckledsnow said
"Hey I'm going out herb gardening do any of you want to come" Poppypaw asked
"I well" Speckledsnow answered
"Okay come on" Poppypaw said
"What do the herbs you want smell like" Speckledsnow asked
"I need some catmint it's a delicious smelling plant" Poppypaw said
"Okay" Speckledsnow replied
"Come on I know where there is plenty of catmint to gather" Poppypaw said
And she ran off
Speckledsnow followed Poppypaw's sent trail
"Here we are the catmint Grove" Poppypaw said
"Okay so should I start collecting some" Speckledsnow asked
"Yes we should" Poppypaw answered
And Speckledsnow grabbed some of the catmint
"Oh how can you deal with eating that" Speckledsnow asked
"What do you mean" Poppypaw asked
"I mean it tastes horrible" Speckledsnow answered
"I have never met a cat who didn't like catmint before" Poppypaw said
"Well now you have" Speckledsnow replied
I wonder what is up with Eaglestar and why he is so interested in Winterpaw Speckledsnow thought
They walked back into camp there jaws full of catmint
She put the herbs down in the medicine den and left the den
"Speckledsnow" Firetail she was her mother so that made Winterpaw and Riverpaw her half siblings because it was the same mother but different fathers
Hollowpelt my father died of green cough so many moon's ago
"Are you happy having someone other than me alive in our family" Firetail asked
"I guess but Riverpaw called me the insult I hate earlier" Speckledsnow replied
"Just forget about that he has never been nice" Firetail said
"Okay I just really miss Hollowpelt I wish he didn't die" Speckledsnow said
"Me too" Firetail replied
