"And there she is! Paris's hero, LADYBUG!"

Ladybug swings in on her yo-yo, and lands face to face with the villain.

"Seriously, this is the 3rd time this week," says the hero, as she goes to face Mr. Pigeon once more.

"You won't defeat me this time!" he cries, and blows his call. Ladybug rolls her eyes.

The city of Paris watches the hero as Ladybug single-handedly takes down Mr. Pigeon.

"Miraculous Ladybug!"

Ladybug catches Mr. Ramieah and brings him back to the ground.

"Thank you Ladybug," he says, tipping his hat.

Ladybug smiles, and turns to leave, but is caught up by reporters.

"Where did you get your powers?"

"Who are you really?"

"How old are you?"

Ladybug tries to avoid the reporters, but one reporter in particular catches her eye.

"Ladybug! Over here!" the young journalist calls, "Would you mind giving your opinion on the villain Hawkmoth? Who do you think he is? Where do you think he's hiding,"

Ladybug smiles, and answers the questions.

"Just like you, I hate Hawkmoth. I don't know who he is, and as for where he's hiding, all I can say is that he's in Paris somewhere,"

"You heard it here first!" the journalist says, aiming her phone camera at herself again, "Viewers of the Ladyblog, Hawkmoth is definitely in Paris, and not on the moon like some of you thought,"

The camera is aimed back at Ladybug.

"Bug out!" she says. And with that, the hero leaves.

The reporters stare daggers at the young journalist.

"How come she always gets an interview," one of them says.

Ladybug lands in a back alleyway. She checks to make sure she's alone.

"Spots off," she mutters, and detrasforms.

A kwami forms, and lands in the teenager's hands. The pig-tailed girl reaches into her purse and hands the Kwami a cookie.

"Is Hawkmoth ever going to learn?" the hero says to her friend, "Mr. Pigeon is a terrible villain,"

"I think you made a new record on beating him though," the kwami says, looking up, "It only took you 90 seconds,"

The hero chuckles.

"Also, I think the other reporters are starting to get jealous," the kwami says.

"What do you mean Tikki?"

"You only ever answer Alya's questions," Tikki says, finishing her cookie.

"Well, the other questions are really personal,"

The girl slides the Kwami into her bag, and runs back to her house,"

"There you are girl!" Alya says, and grabs her friends arm. She's been waiting outside her home, "Marinette, we're seeing a movie with our friends today, remember!"

"Oh... right," Marinette says. She had completely forgotten.

"And Adrien is going to be there..."

Marinette feels her face go red, "Alya!"

"Let's go girl!" Alya says, and pulls her friend to the movie theatre.

4 hours later, every news station in the city is being watched, as Ladybug barely defeats the villain.

"This was a close one, but our hero won once more!" Nadia Chamak says, then tries to get an interview with the battered hero.

"Ladybug, do you think the villains are getting harder to defeat?" she asks.

Ladybug pauses.

"Sometimes the villains are easy to beat, sometimes it's hard, it depends on their power," the reporters are shocked she's answering at all, "Sometimes I feel like I need more than just myself,"

An idea begins to form inside the heroes head.

"Bug out!" she says, and swings away.

Ladybug lands on the roof of her home.

"Spots off," she says.

She hands Tikki a cookie, then climbs into her room, and starts to go downstairs.

"Where are you going Marinette?" Tikki asks.

"I can't do this alone all the time Tikki," Marinette says, and she pauses on the stairs, "I need to run something by Master Fu. It could help stop Hawkmoth,"

With nothing more said, she runs down the stairs, and out the bakery door.

About a year ago, a villain by the name of Hawkmoth had shown up in Paris. He turned an innocent boy into a terrible villain, and Paris wondered if it was the end. Then, out of nowhere, a hero appeared. Thanks to the Ladyblog, run by high school student Alya, the city knew the hero's name to be Ladybug.

For the next year, Ladybug had single handily taken out villain after villain. The city loved her.

Ladybug was very professional. She rarely stopped for interviews, so the city knew very little about her. The most they learned, was from the Ladyblog. No one understood why the young journalist got attention from the professional hero, but they enjoyed the inside scoop.

But the city had noticed that their hero was constantly tired. Although she always beat the villain, it became harder and harder, and would take longer and longer.

But the city had faith in its hero.

And their hero, had a trick up her sleeves that could help save the city.
