Iris' P.O.V
I suddenly woke from the unbearable heat I felt. I opened my eyes, but I blinked when I didn't see anything. I felt around until I felt my phone, and looked at the screen. I turned the brightness down a while back due to how many naps I take, which I guess I was the only one to think of that.
It was 1 am. Jeez, when did I fall asleep?
Then I started wondering what was making me so hot. I didn't have any blankets on, and Piper always has the AC on.
Due to my sleepy blindness, I was fairly confused of everything.
I jerked my arm (I don't really know why, it's just a tired reflex of mine) and I hit a hot body mass next to me. I was panicked but confused, so I just laid there for a moment.
"Iris?" I heard a tired voice, and I jumped up and stretched. Why am I so jumpy when I wake up?
It took my a moment, then I realized it was Ashton laying next to me, so I fell back and put my head on his shoulder.
Then I realized he was radiating intense heat, so I flew to the other side of the bed.
"Iris, what are you doing" Ashton laughed at me, and I giggled in response.
"If you didn't know I'm a little insane" I moaned as I stretched my legs and arms. As I stretched my arms I reached behind me and pinched Ashton's cheeks.
"A little" He chuckled, and I laughed and sat up, awkwardly fixing my bra and t shirt. I kind of hoped Ashton didnt realize what i was doing.
"Are you still tired?" I asked him, and the sound of blankets made me think he turned over to lay on his back with his arms stretched out.
"Kinda. What time is it?"
"1 am" I answered and he sighed.
"When did we fall asleep?"
"I don't know, maybe 3 in the afternoon?" I sat there for a moment, "i was gonna go downstairs and..." I trailed off when Ashton started to groan.
"Mmm... Why dont we just stay here" He moaned, pulling me back to lay down and hugged me from behind, nuzzling his face into the crook in my neck (le picture) and i felt electricity shoot through my body.
"Ash, babe, youre too hot to lay with"
He hummed in response, "Hell yeah i am"
"Shut up!" I felt my face go hot and he gave several kisses on my neck, "You are really warm"
"I liked it better when you said i was hot" He smirked against my skin and i shivered.
"Stop iiit" I whined and i tried to push his face away from my neck, but compared to Ashton, i have the push of a noodle.
"Stop what? This?" He continued to give me love bites and i giggled, making him do the same.
"ASHTON FLETCHER IRWIN IF I DONT GET UP RIGHT NOW IM GOING TO HAVE A HEAT STROKE AND IM GOING TO DIE" I shouted but not loud enough to wake Piper and Michael- if they were even asleep.
After i said that Ashton released his grip and i sat up and sighed. I got up and turned on the light, wincing at the sudden brightness. I looked over at Ashton, and he was sitting up in the bed, his arms crossed and he was pouting.
I laughed and walked to hit in front of him, put my hands on his arms and leaned into him for a kiss, but he refused, making me pout.
"Well fine then, dont accept my love" i stoop up and he gave me a weird face.
"Youre the one who wouldnt let me cuddle you!" He pouted, and i laughed in response.
"Are you gonna come downstairs with me?" I asked him, and he shrugged.
"Whats in it for me?" He smirked and i sighed.
"Pizza and cuddles." I put my hands on my hips and he grinned. He jumped up and followed my downstairs. He gripped my shoulder as we walked down the pitch black stairs, and i instinctively held that hand. I turned on the light for the kitchen and living room, making Ashtons hand fall to his side.
"You promised me..." he faded off as i walked to the fridge and pulled out a large dominoes pizza box and grinned at him.
He took the box from me and sat down on the couch.
"I want to watch t.v. but i dont want to wake up piper and Michael" Ashton said as i sat next to him, but i shrugged and turned of the t.v.
"Piper is deaf, especially when she sleeps. Plus, the walls are pretty thick, so its fine" i reassured him, and he nodded and shoved a piece of pizza into his face as we watched 90's cartoons on teen nick.
