Y/N woke up in an unknown bed, slowly blinking away the sleep in her eyes. Strong arms draped over her stomach, pulling her closer to a hard chest. She turned, facing a scared chest, stables holding together skin and burns. Y/N and Dabi had promised to remain friends, but that didn't last very long. The third time they hung out, 15 minutes in, she was on his lap.
It had now been a month since they had first met, 2-weeks since she started assistant teaching. She thoroughly enjoyed it, getting to spend time with people closer in age to her. Of course, she also loved seeing Aizawa.
Dabi's face was peaceful, his usual scowl now replaced by something almost child-like. Her arm reached up, hand extending to caress his cheek. It was cheating. She knew that much, but they couldn't help themselves. They fit together like puzzle pieces, naturally pulled together by unknown forces. Dabi's eyes slowly opened, blue meeting her E/C. His arm mirrored hers, tucking loose hair behind her ear.
"You're beautiful, do you understand that?" Y/N couldn't force down the smile on her lips.
"We really shouldn't be doing this." Her words held no weight to them as she tucked her head into his neck.
"You say that every time. I'm not sure the 5th time is going to change that." He pulled her closer to his body, warmth immediately radiating off of him. Dabi was a personal heater, so the pair usually slept with a single sheet, now nowhere in sight. The cold air caused the small girl to curl into him. "Although, we do have to leave soon. Kuroguri will be up soon, and you have work."
Y/N raised her head to look through the window, the morning still dark. They both had become accustomed to waking up this early to avoid the pries of his group. She quickly swung her legs over the bed, stretching her arms towards the ceiling. "Want to get breakfast? I don't have work for another 2-and a half hours."
Dabi crawled his way over to her, legs swinging to either side of hers. He pulled her flat against his chest, arms circling her torso. "Always. Diner next to U.A.?" She nodded, turning her head to capture his lips in hers. One hand came up to rest on her chin, the other in her hair. All of their kisses were nothing less than passionate. Once he pulled away, he rests his forehead on hers. They stayed there for a little while, just taking in each other as if there was no one else in the universe. "Tell me you want to stop, tell me you want to be just friends. Tell me that, and I'll leave." With each syllable, his lips lightly brushed hers. Her eyes lingered on his, desperation in them.
"Please don't leave me, Dabi." With that, he pulled her back into a longing kiss. The two melded together in harmony, moving as one. Their mouths synced as they found themselves in a tight embrace. Y/N was the first to come up for air. "Please don't ever leave me." With her words also came the realization that neither wanted to live without the other. Her statement was an agreement to stay in this limbo of love, even if it was difficult.
"I won't ever leave you. I'm yours, all yours."
The two had found their way to a low-lit 24-hour diner. Dabi held open the door for a baggy-clothed Y/N. He had lent her some of his sweats before they had left. The waistband of the pants rolled three times, hoodie falling to her thighs, but they fit in terms of needs. The two slid into a booth in the very back, light above them on its last leg. They ordered the same thing every time, waffles for Dabi and bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns for Y/N.
Despite being so near to U.A., this diner had a don't ask, don't tell policy when it came to villains. The waitress, not even bothering to look up, wrote their requests down on a notepad. Soon she left, leaving just the couple. Dabi's hands fiddled with a sugar packet, tearing the sides and spilling sugar on the table. "Looks like cocaine."
