MARK POV
I awoke to my phone screaming "LIKE A BOSS!" about a million times. My left arm was trapped under Sarah, so I reached blindly behind me for my phone until I found it.
After I was blinded by my phone's brightness, even though it was very low, I saw that it was just Jack.
Jack: Dude
Jack: Ozzy is flipping out.
Jack: I don't know what to do.
Jack: they are crying in the bathroom and I don't know what to do.
Jack: They want to talk to Sarah.
Jack: Mark?
Me: Dude. I just woke up.
Jack: Oh. Can Ozzy and I come by? They are still really upset.
Me: Yeah. Come by for lunch or something.
Jack: See you then
I put my phone down and wrapped my arm around Sarah's waist. She pushed her body close to mine. I kissed her neck affectionately. She giggled.
"Your beard tickles." She said.
"I'll trim it a bit, okay?"
"Okay." I kissed her neck again. She turned her head and kissed my nose.
"Oz and Jack are coming by later."
"Fuck. That means we have to move." She pouted.
"Yeah, but we don't have to move until like half an hour before hand. Hell we could move when the knock on the door. I don't think they would mind if we were still in our PJs"
"True."
Suddenly, my stomach growled.
"Dammit."
"Come on." Sarah started to move, but I tightened my arms around her waist. "Mark!"
"Nooo..." I whined.
"I'll make pancakes."
I frowned and let her go, defeated. It's always the pancakes. She kissed my head as she moved herself to her wheelchair and left. After a few minutes, I heard the sizzle of food on the stove. I sighed and got up. I put my glasses on and walked out.
While she made the pancakes, I made some bacon in the microwave. We set it on the table and sat next to each other. We ate. Sarah took her napkin and wiped my face.
"You had syrup on your face." She said.
"Maybe I was saving it for later."
"Well, you weren't going to get a kiss with syrup on your face."
I frowned. She leaned in and kissed me. Just like every other time, my heart fluttered when our lips met. I felt weightless. I was addicted to her kisses. When she broke away I looked deep into her crystal eyes.
"Can we walk a bit?" She asked.
"Yeah." I moved her wheelchair to the open space in the living room and locked it in place. I held out my arm to her, which she took, and helped her stand up.
