He was mesmerized by her eyes. They were icy blue and looked unearthly beautiful.
Before he could get a better look she fled away.
He ran to the place she was. Not finding her, he got a bit disappointed.

"Hades come back here " his father called out to him. He sighed and abided. He hoped to find her later.
He knew though that he will never be seeing her. They had come here for a business deal and were supposed to leave early next morning.

Meanwhile Aven had swum back to the kingdom hurriedly, afraid to get noticed.

She told her sisters and parents everything she saw and did, except about 'him'.

She slept early that day because she wanted to wake up early and swim back to the surface. Maybe she would see him again.

{𝙽𝚎𝚡𝚝 𝚍𝚊𝚢}

Aven swum to the shore early that morning. The view she saw was breathtaking. The sea waves looked angry as if they got betrayed by their loved one and were flowing rapidly.

She looked up to find the sky filled with floating clouds painted black. They looked devastated as if they were aware that they are going to die.

The rain falling harshly as if in a mood to kill.

They sun of course not visible seemed to be in hibernation due to its laziness.

All in all the environment looked like a canvas painted in a grey hue.

She looked at the shore to find no one.
No people, no ship and no "flying fishes".

She then remembered the stories she had heard from her grandmother, how these storms affected human beings, how it wrecked ships.

She started swimming to the middle of the ocean, not knowing why she was going there. It was as if her mind was possessed and was leading her.

After reaching,what she saw was something she will never forget.
The ship was broken in half , right from the middle. The view was devastating.

People trying to swim but failing miserably. Their loved ones getting snatched away by the cruel waves.

Then she saw him, floating on a piece of board. She knew she will never be able to save so many people.She quickly swam upto him to try to save him perhaps.

Reaching him,she embraced him and started swimming slowly struggling with his weight. She was determined to bring him upto the shore.

When she finally reached, it looked like as if a long time has passed. As long as a lifetime perhaps.

She stayed by his side until he opened his eyes.
The moment the silver of his eyes opened, she fled.
