"Ang lalim, aray ko, masakit" I was reaching for the pins that dropped under the table, tumusok pa sa kamay ko. I'm now here at the event, "The One That I Love," my new book, has just been released. I wish people liked it as much as I do, I know it's too personal, but I wanted to publish that book five years ago, but things happened.

"Hoy bakla, halika dito. Papakilala kita kay Mr. Pascual" Jacques pulled me immediately, muntik pa akong madulas sa pagmamadali akala mo naman nakakita ng Diyos.

Because there's a sale at the rear, the place is packed with book lovers, nevertheless, I don't have many people back at my place, so I walked with Jacques instead.

"Sino ba kasi yang Pascual na yan?" I asked him, the people are asking for his signature, well I don't know so I'm not a fan, I only admire my writings, I don't care about the others.

"Ay sayang, wala pala doon si Mr. Pascual, balik nalang tayo mamaya, nag lakad lang daw saglit kasi naiistress"

"Feeling superior naman nyan, ni hindi ko nga kilala kahit pangalan niya. Hay nako tara na nga"

Paglingon ko wala na siya sa tabi ko, anong saysay ng mga pinagsasabi ko rito sa gilid, pag nakakita talaga ng type niya, nawawala parang kabayo.

"Hi, Ms. Velasquez" A man greeted me, "Hi, what can I do for you?" I asked him, he looks fine, tall and mabango.

He stares at me while smiling, so I smiled back, "Hello, hindi porket maliit ako, hindi mo na ako nakikita" I distracted his thoughts, parang baliw mamaya masamang tao pala itong lalaking nasa harapan ko ngayon.

"I just want your signature, they're right you're beautiful, beyond words. I love your books, I pre ordered your new book, yung nandito sa event, alam ko maganda yon, I've waited for that book." He's freaking me out, I don't know what to say but to smile at him with doubts.

"Saan ako pipirma, wala ka namang dala?" I asked him, he removed his suit and unbotton his top, "What are you doing?" I slowly asked him, he's making me feel uncomfortable at the moment.

Asan ka na ba Jacques, iligtas mo ako sa usapang ito, aminado naman ako na gwapo siya pero napaka weird.

"No, don't freak out. Naiinitan lang ako, you can sign here" He gave me his phone and make me sign at the back of it. "Here"

"Regine, halika nakita ko na si..." He stopped as soon as he saw the man in front of me, "Mr. Pascual, akala ko hihintayin mo kami? Nagkausap na pala kayo ni Reg"

What the fuck, "Ikaw yung Pascual?" I asked him and he just chuckled lightly as he looks at his phone and me and back to his phone.

"I like you, Ms. Velasquez, you're cute when you don't know what to do" pagkatapos niyang sabihin ang mga yon, tinignan ko ng masama si Jacques, hindi manlang ako pinakitaan ng Picture netong lalaking nasa unahan ko. Nagmuka tuloy akong tanga.

Nahihiya talaga ako sa kahihiyang ginawa ko, "Well this is Regine Velasquez" Jacques introduced me to him, I asked for a handshake and then said "Alcasid"

"Ah you're married?"

"I am, about 4 days ago"

"Well, I'm Piolo Pascual and I'm happy I'll be working with you sa company starting tomorrow, I hope we can write a good story Ms. Velasquez, you can call me PJ ah"
