It's been a little over 7 months and Allyssa hasn't woken up from her coma...i have been there every day and every night. I don't ever leave. Jessy doesn't leave either. There are people that come and go every now and then. But it's mostly just me and Jessy. The doctors say she is showing sings of being responsive so she is waking up from her coma. They say at the most it should be 5 more months before she fully wakes up from her coma. Right now Jessy is sleeping. I'm hungry so I'm going to go get some food. I walk down to the cafeteria to get some good.
"What would you like?"- cafeteria person
"Just a sandwich please."- Shea
"Any kind?"- cafeteria person
"Yeah that's fine."- Shea
She gave me my food and i took it back to the room. Jessy was awake and sitting next to Allyssa laying his head on her bed. It looked calm which I hadn't seen much of these past 7 months.
"Hey. I see you're awake."- Shea
"Oh. Yeah. Sorry...she said something but it was like a whisper."- Jessy
"What did she say?"- Shea
"She said "don't go" "- Jessy
"Well she's saying things now. Oh umm Lavender is coming up here tonight and so is Maria."- Shea
"Okay. Is it okay if I stay?"- Jessy
"Yeah why wouldn't it be?"- Shea
"I dont know."- Jessy
It was a long day after that. Doctors kept coming in to check on her and see if she was any more responsive, which she wasn't. And then Lavender and Maria got here.
