moving <3

Today was the day that me and Becca were going to go down to the new house to drop off some of my things.
I was mostly excited but scared to start this chapter of my life without Becca since she's been by my side since we were kids. We've lived with each other for years and years, it just feels weird that me and her won't be able to see each other everyday like usual.

"You ready?" Becca asked me whilst holding a box of my things standing at the door.

"Yeah." I said taking a few glances around the apartment before I left. Am I making this a big deal? Yes since I'm an awfully emotional person and me leaving Becca and the apartment is making me emotional. Before I left the door I grabbed a box of my things and we both walked down to my Beccas car and loaded the car with many boxes full of my stuff, we took multiple trips upstairs to try cram in as much things as possible.

After we finished loading the car I drove Beccas car to the new house, we were blasting music in the car and having a whole concert together.
We eventually arrived to the tall, metal black gates that protected the community.

"Fuck me Andra, this house is Amazing." Beccas jaw dropped as we drove up the driveway.

"Isn't it." I added.

I parked the car, and we both got out and started to unload the car and brought all of my things into the main foyer of the house. We took multiple trips back to the apartment till we got all my things in the house which resulted this day in taking many, many hours. We started moving at around 10:00am and now it was 7:30pm, massive time difference, I really didn't expect it to take this long but I'm glad I got all my things into the house.

I had just finished giving Becca a tour around the house and we got back to the front doors.

"So this is it?" Becca said taking ahold of my hands...

"This is it." I said with a tear slowly falling down my cheek.

"Don't cry, this is good that you're moving onto bigger things, being somewhat independent." Becca laughed which made me laugh.

"I'm sure you'll move in with Tammy soon, I'm hoping." I smiled over to Becca.

"I basically live with him now, without actually living with him? Like I spend so much time at his so he might as-well hurry up and propose." Becca giggled.

"I hope he proposes."

Becca and I said our goodbyes to each other since we both had busy schedules coming up which would result in us not being able to see each other for a few months. I pulled her into a hug and I just wouldn't let go even though I knew she had to go see Tammy.

"I'll miss you a lot Andra, I'll see you soon, maybe we could even plan a holiday or something together... obviously with the children we have to deal with." Becca laughed.

"Oh 100%, we will definitely plan something soon. I'll miss you Becca." I said pulling our hug apart to let her leave.

8:30pm

I was in the house alone since I got here today since mason has been at training all day with his team, it was around the time he was to come back so I had made a start on dinner since I want it to be fresh and warm for when he comes back home. And then all of a sudden I heard the front door open.

"Andra?" Mason called out from the main doors.

"Yeah, I'm in the kitchen." I replied mixing the spaghetti.

Mason walked into the kitchen and came up behind me giving me a hug, whilst giving me a peck on my cheek.

"How was training?" I asked him.

"It was good but tiring, how was moving?" Mason asked me.

"It was good, I've got all my things here, just slightly emotional." I giggled.

"You'll be able to see Becca lots soon don't worry, I'm just glad that I can finally wake up with you." Mason mumbled kissing my neck and shoulder.

"Not now mason, I'm cooking." I laughed pushing him away from me.

"Turn the heat down so it doesn't burn." Mason said grabbing ahold of me after I pushed me off me.

"Mason I'm hungry, let me finished cooking."

"Fine, I'm just going to go get in the shower, you should come?" Mason said walking away facing me then winking at me.

"Final and last time mase, I'm cooking. But thank you for the offer." I laughed as I was preparing the sauce.

"Suit yourself, I'll see you in a few." Mason said as he walked up the stairs.
