reunited <3

I couldn't hear anything for them few seconds when I was reunited with mason, i completely forgot about everything that had happened, it's like I had no care in what was happening around me, I was just focused on mason. I didn't realise that mason had came to the wedding.
My world had focused on mason and only him.

"Hi." Mason mumbled looking down at me since I was inches shorter than him.

I took a deep breath... "Hi."

Mason held his hand out for me to place mine in, so I did gently whilst I moved my my other hand into his shoulder, and his other hand stayed on my waist.

The song carried on playing and we danced slowly, in rhythm with each other's steps, our eyes never lost contact. It was like they were just permanently stuck and frozen there.

We carried on dancing and I noticed from the corner of my eye that everyone had gone back to the table and me and mason were the only ones left on the floor, from the distance I could see the table all watching us.
I gently placed my head on masons chest, I've never felt so comfortable in my life, I was finally able to feel his touch and presence again.

"Mase-" I got cut off.

"I've missed you Andra." Mason said which left me in shock.

"Wait you have?" I took my head off his chest.

"Obviously, I didn't reach out since I though you needed space." Mason chuckled.

"I missed you."

"I've never met 2 individuals so destined to be with each other." Becca said to Tammy.

"They really are, I've never seen him so worked up about a girl, she is the one for him." Tammy said hugging Becca with one arm whilst looking at mason and Andra dance hand in hand.

Mason pulled me into a hug, picking me off the floor. I was finally reunited with mason. Ive only known him a short period of time but he made me feel special.

Afterward we finished dancing we walked back to the table and we had all eyes on us... don't get me wrong it was a nice feeling to know that everyone was so invested in mason and I but I didnt like the attention I was receiving.

Me and mason sat down next to Becca and Tammy. I looked over to Becca and we both gave each other a smirk.

"I'm glad you've sorted it all." She whispered in my ear. I nodded whilst smiling.

The wedding had finished, I stayed back a bit to talk to Beccas mom one last time before I went back home.

I walked out the venue and I saw mason waiting at the door on his phone, when he heard footsteps he immediately looked up.

"Were you waiting for me?" I giggled.

"I- no, coincidence?" Mason said scratching his neck.

"Stop playing." I smiled and grabbed hold of masons upper arm, he walked me to tammys car where everyone was standing talking.

I tried getting closer and closer to mason since it was night time and the weather had gone to shit, so it was cold.

"Wait here." Mason said letting go of me and walking to his car. I stood there confused...

I saw him walking back with a jumper and immediately knew what was going on.

"Put this on, you're shivering." He said holding the jumper out for me that looked massive compared to me.

"Thank you." I looked up at him and smiled.
He stood behind me, with his arms wrapped around my neck to keep me warm. I don't know, I feel comfortable with him, in ways safe.

Since everyone was having a laugh we all just decided that we'd meet back at Tammys since people didn't know how much longer they could stay out in this weather.

"You coming with me or in tams car?" Mason whispered in my ear still hugging me.

"Yours obviously." I huffed and shook my head sarcastically.

Mason and I walked back to his car and got in.

"Fuck me Mason. Why is your car so cold." I let out.

"Maybe because I haven't turned on the heating yet?" He questioned me.
But as soon as I said that I saw his hand rapidly move to the controls in front of him and he turned the heating on.

He started to reverse his car, one hand flat on the steering wheel meanwhile the other placed loosely onto my thigh. His hand was so soft.
The whole car ride we were just giggling and fighting about who's music was better to put on.

"Mines just more better and calmer unlike your roadman stuff."

"Mhm okay whatever. On the speaks of music, what's your favourite song at the moment?"  Mason asked me.

"I'd say the one that played at the wedding, The night we met. Gosh that song makes me ball at certain moments."
I said giggling, then looking over to him.

"Wait the one we danced to?" He turned to look at me too.

"Yes mason, now keep your damn eyes on the road, before we crash."

"I would never put you in danger love." He smirked.

"I know." I looked down at his hand resting on my leg.

We got back to Tammys and everyone was already there since me and mason too the longer route to Tammys just so we could talk more.

"Would you look at that, the lovers have arrived." Jack said whilst he was in the kitchen on his own, he walked over to us and both gave us a hug.

"Congratulations on your move by the way, definitely wasn't expecting that I can't lie." I said.

"Thank you, i won't lie it was a hard decision." Jack added.

"Also where is everyone else?" I asked.

"Oh they're in the garden checking out Tammys new garden furniture, random I know." Jack said making a face.
