Umm, I'd have to say that my favorite character has to be Jason Brody from Far Cry 3. I mean the guy is kinda kind hearted at the beginning, but once he has a motive he can kick some serious ass.
The motive that gets this badass going is when one day he goes on vacation with his two brothers, a friend, and their girlfriends. Once they skydive off of a plane too early they end up in pirate territory, where the evil Vaas captures them and tries to sell them as slaves. Jason Brody manages to escape, but his other friends are still held captive by Vaas. So Jason must rescue his friends with the help of the Rakyat tribe.
C'mon that just screams perfect guy to me!
