I would have to say that the game character I am most like is my Sim on the Sims 3. I know it's a cheap answer, but technically it is a video game character. (The least you can do is give me some points for coming up with a creative answer)
The only problem I have with the Sims is none of the hairstyles look anything like mine, basically rendering the process of creating a character that looks like me useless. So instead I create a character that looks somewhat like me, then make her family completely weird. And when I mean weird I mean blue skin and tiger face paint weird.
But never mind that, it's still a pretty awesome game that you can never get tired of no matter how much you play it.
