[8] - Fight

[At School]

Erick's POV

"Joel... Can you forgive me?" I asked as he stared into his locker. "For what?" He said. "Whatever you're mad at me for" I said. "See, the fact that you don't know why I'm mad is making me even more mad" He said.

"I don't get it" I said. "I know why you're mad but I don't know why" I said.

"You're mad because of Jax but I'm not your boyfriend so you don't have the right to be mad" I said. "You're absolutely right. You're not my boyfriend so why are you standing here pleading with me to forgive you?" He said.

"And last time I checked, you were the one who wanted to be my boyfriend so" he said. "Why are you still standing here?" He asked.

"You don't know when you're hurting people do you?" I asked. "Or you just don't care" I said. "I don't care so save your tears for somebody who does" He said slamming his locker and walking away.

"Erick are you okay?!" Asked Jax running to my side. "I'm fine" I said wiping my tears before they could fall. "I was stupid to think he actually cared about me" I said. "Did he make you cry?" He asked.

"Not on my watch" He said walking away.

"HEY JOEL" He shouted.

"Oh my gosh, what do you want?!" he said turning around. "Oh it's you Jax. This is going to be fun" He said. "So you like making people cry?" He said. "Who are you to confront me, his boyfriend?" He said.

"Jax, I'm just going to warn you that right now I'm very angry and I wouldn't want to take that out on you, so walk away while I'm giving you the chance" He said. "I don't need to walk away, you wouldn't dare put your hands on me, not here" He said.

"Well lucky for you, I don't have parents waiting at home to care if I get in trouble at school or not so I can do anything really" He said. "You wouldn't though, you don't want Erick to be mad at you" He said.

"I'm not sure why Erick's little boyfriends keep trying to stand up to me, but it's starting to get on my nerves" He said.

"And quite frankly I don't give a shit how Erick feels so what's really stopping me from punching you in the face right now?" He said.

"Oh that's right. NOTHING" He said punching him in the face.

"When people say they're not in the mood and to leave them alone, YOU SHOULD LISTEN" he said punching him in the face once more. "And about Erick, I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM HIM" He said punching him again but this time pushing him on the floor after.

"DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME NOW?!" he said. "Because I won't stop until you say you do" He said punching him again. "I-I u-understand" He said coughing up blood. "That's amazing" Said Joel.

"Now if you'll excuse me I have to go find Richard and Chris but you should probably go get yourself checked out by the nurse. I think I hit you a tad bit too hard" He said.

"And if anybody else would like to go against what I said, you know where to find me" He said before turning the corner.

"J-Jax are you okay?!?" I said running to his side. "I- I don't think so, but I couldn't see you cry without doing something about it" He said before slowly closing his eyes.

"Sweetie, did you see who did this to your friend?" Asked the nurse. "No, he wasn't there" Said Jax before I could answer. "YOU'RE AWAKE" I said hugging him.

"Well whoever did this has some serious consequences to face" she said. "I'll be right back, I have to contact your parents" She said stepping out of the room.

"Why did you do that?" I asked. "Erick, you were crying and I didn't like it" He said. "But I told you he was dangerous" I said. "And you were worth it" he said. "I'll take that beating any day for you" He said.

"In my defense I didn't think he was actually going to do anything" He said. "I could've told you that" I said. "I've never seen his parents and I'm almost always at his house" I said. "So he just gets away with everything without any consequences?" He asked.

"Well up until now I've never seen him do anything worth getting in trouble for but then again I've only known him for 6 months" I said.

"Back to me yelling at you for being an idiot" I said. "Wait" he said. "Sometimes I do stupid things" He said. "Yeah, I realized" I said.

"But I did it because I like you which is kind of crazy considering I've known you for less that 48 hours but still-" He said.

I kissed him to shut him up.

"Erick are you crazy?! Joel's probably watching us through the ceiling or something" He joked. "Let him watch" I said kissing him again.

Then, OF COURSE, Zabdiel walked in.

"Oh my gosh, Jax are you okay, I heard somebody say Joel beat your ass" He said. "That he did" Said Jax. "But why did you provoke him in the first place?" He asked.

"Because he hurt Erick so I thought I'd hurt him until he hurt me first" He said. "He put his hands on Erick?!" He asked getting angry. "No he hurt him emotionally" He said.

"SO BECAUSE HE HURT ERICK EMOTIONALLY, YOU THOUGHT IT'D BE A GOOD IDEA TO TRY AND HURT HIM PHYSICALLY?!" He said.

"Yes Zabdiel, exactly" He said. "You're actually insane" He said. "I get that a lot" He laughed.

"I don't even know what to say" He said. "Did you break anything?" He asked. "I'm not sure because I just gained consciousness about 2 minutes ago" He said. "WHAT?!" Said Zabdiel dramatically.

"Erick you need to tell your boyfriend to back up" He said. "You mean yours?" I said.

"Ohhh, I get it now" Said Jax. "This is why you stopped being friends with Zabdiel" He said. "Because you guys fucked the same guy" He laughed.

"I'm sorry that's not funny" He said once he realized he was laughing alone.

"What are you going to tell your parents?" Asked Zabdiel. "That I got into a fight with a crazy person, of course" He said.

"Oh Jax, you're better off going back to your old school because now that you made Joel mad, he's not going to stop" Said Zabdiel. "What do you mean?" I asked. "He's going to keep hurting him like this" He said.

"Erick you have to at least try to do something because he's doing all this because of you" He said.

"I already tried, he hates me now, there's nothing I can do..." I said.

"You know what though? We can just get him expelled" Said Jax.

"Which is what I was trying to do when the nurse asked me if I saw who hurt you but you interrupted me and said no" I said.

"Because before he gets expelled, I need a second chance at beating his ass" He said.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??! HE ALMOST KILLED YOU" I said. "But he didn't and that's what matters" He said.

"I'M LEAVING, I NEED SOME AIR" I said.

Just my luck, I become friends with somebody who might just be more crazy than Joel...
