"Fuck." I groaned as my butt hit the white marble floor. "Asshole!" I glanced over to him only to see him already on the other side of the kitchen counter.
I glanced around the kitchen after bringing myself up. He turned around with two plates in his hands. I quirked an eyebrow. "Is that all?" I questioned as my tummy rumbled on time.
He walked over to the dinning table then placed the plate. "Yes, now come eat." He sat down and glanced towards before he began to eat.
I followed after him. "Can you be a little less demanding?" I suggested as I brought the food up to my mouth.
My eyes balanced off the food on the spoon. It looked fucking delicious. I savored the look before I finally brought it up to my lips.
A moan escaped me as the taste invading my mouth. I never knew oats could be this good. "So..."
He groaned. "What is it now?"
I rolled my eyes. "What's your name?"
He focused on me. "Why?"
"Well, I'll have to know since we'll be married soon." I spoke sarcastically soon after chewing up my words.
He dropped the spoon before bouncing off his feet. "I don't have time to answer your simply questions." And with that he left the kitchen completely.
"So, you aren't going to eat this!?" I yelled after him as my eyes remained on the barely eaten bowl of oats he left. "Oh well more for me." I said to myself as I scooped his oats into my bowl.

The rest of the day went by rather quickly. Well, I guess it's because I slept through half of it. By the time I woke up it was already 4 pm. I spent most of the day wandering around the house.
I hadn't even seen him since his dramatic exit this morning.
Everytime I got into a new room, my mind just kept looking for something. Something help me to escape. I was just too emotionally drained and frustrated to even care at this point.
I slumped myself onto the couch in the living room, scrolling through the channels on the TV. My ears peeked at the sound of one the doors open. Since I was completely alone, I assumed it had to be him.
I really hope it's not him
My eyes awaited on the entrance of the living room as the footsteps got closer. "Paxton?" I questioned as he walked in.
"I'm flattered you remember my name, Angel." He joked
I rolled my eyes bored before they connected back to him. My eyes rolled over his body. Paxton was really good looking. Like really good looking. He was covered in ink. His shirt didn't hide anything. The tattoos went from his arms to his neck with a few on the face. He had a lean body with dark brown hair that matched his eyes.
"The Don is going to kill me if he finds you staring at me like that." He spoke before taking a sit on one of the living chairs next to me.
He licked his lips while he scanned my body. My fiancee's shirt didn't really cover up that much so I guess he had a lot to look at.
I got off from the couch and ampled towards him, stopping at only a few fit way. "Well, your Don is not here, Paxton."
He chuckled. "You must have a death wish or something. Even though he's not here he'll always be watching." He uttered before his eyes rotated around the room.
I scoffed. "Well, I'm willing to die for a little fun. Are you?" I leaned forward. "I'm sure you've seen the camera footage, Paxton..." I ran a hand over my curves. "You'll have to decide if I'm worth dying for."
"Yeah, I saw the footage and I'd like to praise you for that...." He took a pause. He roamed my body again. "But I'm sorry, Angel. Not even this beautiful body of yours is worth the torture of the Don."
He got up from his seat. I tilted my head to look up at him. "And...I don't do crazy."
Excuse me
He walked away leaving me with a speechless expression on my face. I shook my head trying to focus again. I glanced over to Paxton figure as he was about to walk through the door way. "Paxton wait...." I rushed as I walked up to him. "I need your help."

"This is it. The room in the house without cameras...." He sighed. "The Don's office." He opened the door. I walked into the room and glanced around. It had bookshelves filled with books everywhere and truly no sigh of cameras.
I turned back to Paxton. "Thank you." He responded with a curt nod before closing the door after him. Once he left, I went straight for the desk.
My eyes glimmered as I opened the drawer. "A birth certificate." I whispered to myself before I continued reading. "Aiden Baldr Serraino." I chuckled at his middle name. "Born in Italy 1986. Son of Aiya Serraino and Ozario Gray."
The Serraino family. The fucking Serraino family of the Sicilian Mafia. The fucking Sicilian Mafia.
I released a breathe before a scream evoked my throat. Tears of frustration rolled down my eyes as my hands balled into fist. "This can't be happening."
The Sicilian Mafia. Do you know the reaction of people when they that name. They run. They run because nobody wants them around.
These people are ruthless. Pure original gangsters. They're feared because of their reputation. For over a hundred years they have been at the head of everything. But most of it is ran by one family. The Serraino family.
Every fucking member is more ruthless and crazier than the next.
So my reaction is understandable.
My hands shook as I wiped away my tears. I put down the birth certificate before continuing my search. And what I had been looking for had finally found me. The contract. I ran towards the door. I opened it too see Paxton leaning on the wall next to it. "Can I borrow your phone?"
He sighed before giving it to me. "Hurry up."
I thanked him then went back inside. I phoned the number three times before it was answered. "Hello?"
"Noe...Noelle. Thank God. It's Nicole."
Noelle, my best friend's voice filled with worry. "Oh my god, Nicole. Where are you? What happened."
"Look, I don't have time to explain. But, I need you to run a document for me please it's urgent. I'll call you again from this number in a tomorrow. Just don't contact me until I call you."
"Uh...Okay. Just promise me you're okay."
"I promise...I'm Okay."
