Two years later ♡

With her hair up in a messy ponytail, Lydia looked over the camp. She had just returned from her first quest, a simple one to return a tree nymph to its family. She had escaped and came to camp half blood, attempting to never return because her family "are so totally lame." She's a teenager tree nymph.

Lydia had just stepped over the boundary with Allison and Danny, her best friends who had accompanied her on the quest. They walked down the hill with triumph even though they knew that their quest was a very simple one. The backpack weighed down on Allison's shoulders.

"Why did we have to get so many souvenirs from upstate New York?" Allison asked in an annoyed tone. Her backpack had been stuffed with heavy things and she's had to carry the thing all the way back to camp.

"We never get to leave this place unless it's for a quest, Alli. We get to have all this awesome stuff for ourselves." She said, a smile on her face. Alli and her had the same godly parent, Athena, so not only are they best friends, they are also half sisters.

"Well, my backpack is just full of dvd's and cd's from the city. The girls in my cabin are gonna love me!" Danny laughed. "And, maybe I can make a mix tape for Ethan." Danny's in love with love and romance. He is an Aphrodite kid, so it makes sense.

The trio were almost to the big house when Malia almost trampled them. "You're back!" She shouted, excitedly. "Oh my gods, they're are three new demigods, and they're all our age!" She looked perky, as usual.

Malia grew up here. She got here when she was seven, with her five year old brother liam, and was at the camp 4 years after Gaia tried to destroy it. Her brother and her were deposited to the Hermes cabin with the other young demigods, finding out soon after that their actual Godly parent was, in fact, Hermes. That's why she's such a gossip, nine years later.

Lydia's face lit up. "Really? Who are their parents though?" She asked curiously.

"That's the crazy part! One of the guys, Scott, is a son of Zeus-pause for gasps- oh just wait! Then the other guy, Stiles, is a son of Poseidon! So I guess the three Gods' Styx promise, once again, has been broken." She chuckled while the trio stood in awe. Lydia opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out. Two of the top three Gods had kids.. That was unheard of except for back when Percy was born along with Thalia, Jason, & Nico... They're actually still at the camp but they are trainers and teachers. Well Thalia is with the hunters actually.

"Wait but didn't you say there were three new kids?" Danny asked confused.

Malia slightly blushed,"oh yeah. There's also Kira who's a daughter of Apollo." Malia is bisexual, so immediately Danny got more curious.

"Ooh! Does someone have a crush?!" He asked excitedly. The three had been gone for at least a week and a half, and before then, Malia had only ever had a crush on Isaac, but that could never happen because they are both Hermes children. It would just be weird, dating someone who had the same dad as you...

Allison jumped up,"Spill!" She said as she leaned in slightly closer to Malia. Lydia also leaned in, although she was actually curious to meet the new campers, rather than hear about them.

"I don't know.. She's dating Scott, but she's so pretty..." Malia sighed, dazing off.

"Awwwww!!" Danny said excitedly.

Lydia smiles but then speaks. "Well after we check in with Chiron, Mr. D, and Finstock, can you introduce us to them?" She seems in a hurry, and malia smiles.

"Sure!" She says over peppily. She turns away and waves and calls from over her shoulder,"come find me later!"

Lydia grabs Danny's and Allison's wrists and pulls them up the steps to the big house. They step inside and the two jerk their arms away from Lydia.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" Allison asks, curiosity hardwired into her brain.

Lydia turns to them, right outside of the pinochle room. "Don't you want to meet children of the big three that are new?!" She asks, excited.

"Yeah.." Danny and Allison murmured.

"Then let's get this over as fast as we can." She says before opening the door and stepping in, the two trailing in behind her.

Did you like how malia and liam are siblings because tbh to me that's like sooo adorable like can you just see that... Idk I can. Even though in season four (we do not speak of season four) she agreed with the suggestion of throwing him into a lake, chloroformed. But like I can just imagine her as a great sister.

Yeah so malia is chill in this book. Idk how I'm gonna feel about it but whatever. I'm trying something new.

Also like scott and Kira are dating rn but like malira and scallison must happen so what do you think is gonna happen.
