Stiles found Lydia outside the sword training arena, pretending to be interested in the fight going on between two campers, Brett and Liam he thought their names were. There was quite a crowd around them, so Stiles guessed they were popular. But Lydia just stayed towards the back.

Her eyes were wide like she just saw a ghost, and she was gripping her sweater covered arms tightly even though it was a warm summer day. She shivered every know and then, and payed no attention to the fight happening in front of her.

"Hey Lyds," Stiles said, and she jumped. He knew the prophecy had to have scared her pretty bad, because he could already tell Lydia wasn't afraid of much.

"Did you hear?" She knitted her eyebrows, and turned to him. She noticed how disheveled his hair was, he must've had a rough nightmare-filled night.

"Yeah," He bit his lip. "Are you okay? Are you hurt at all?"

"No, it's just scary, you know? We haven't had a prophecy or problem here in over 15 years. She talked about defeating Zeus, and some type of warning after new campers arrive." She turned away from him, pulling her arms closer together. "You're a new camper, Stiles." Lydia's voice was laced with worry. Stiles was about to say something until a big cheering noise came from the crowd.

"Yes!" Liam shouted, throwing a fist into the air. Brett was on the ground, out of breath and fuming because Liam was victorious. He looked to the side, seeing his twin sister jumping up and down with joy. 'That does it,' he thought. Brett finally earned the strength to stand up.

"You think your so tough, huh?" He said angrily, pushing Liam back.

"Brett," Ashley warned, in the tone she usually uses. It always went like this, Brett going on an angry rant and her calming him down but something about this felt different.

"No, Ashley! This little scrub piece of crap can't just march into camp and beat me at my own game, okay!? MY GAME, MY RULES!" Brett shouted and pushed him again, this time with more force so he was knocked to the ground.

"That's it, Brett," Ashley yelled, climbing up the fence and hopping into the arena. She walked to Liam who was still dumfounded on the ground, and grabbed him by his shirt and yanking him him up to her. She turned to the crowd and yelled.

"This so called 'scrub' kicked the all and mighty Brett's ass, and I love him for it!"

Then, she did something Liam would never suspect; she crashed her lips into his, with a whirlwind of power and passion. It was different from their kiss in the strawberry fields, it was strong and powerful, just like Ashley was when she was defending them. They were in their own world as the people yelled and cheered. Liam got a sudden burst of confidence and gripped her hips, slinging her into a dip, never disconnecting their lips, causing more cheers from the audience. Ashley dropped her hands from his face in surprise, letting them dangle to her sides.

When they finally pulled back up again, Liam noticed Brett walking away in anger, kicking the ground as he went.

"Lydia, wake up." She awoke from a start, hearing an all to familiar voice calling. In the door way was a tall woman with stormy grey eyes and bouncy blonde curls. She had a camp halfblood necklace around her neck with all beads possible on it. At least the ones that were possible 15 years ago.

"ANNABETH!" Lydia yelled, standing up from the workbench and running to her halfsister. Everyone knew Annabeth, but no one as well as Lydia. She was the only one in the Athena cabin when Lydia first arrived at camp halfblood. Annabeth helped her adjust to camp life and being a child of the gods.
