"the Cullens"

It was sunday night and two days had passed since that day. I was still trying to accept what Riley had done. All I could do was laugh at how messed up my life was. Tomorrow I would have to go to school and face the Cullens— which I very much wanted to avoid. I was so tired of everything and everyone.
These bloodsuckers really fucked up my already fucked up life.
Suddenly I heard my phone ring. I looked at the caller ID and saw it was Jane. I quickly answered.
"Hey Jane!" I beamed, trying to sound as normal and happy as possible.
"Hello, why didn't you call me?" She asked.
"You could call me too you know." I laughed it off.
"You know I'm not good with the phone stuff bitch." Jane sassed.
"Haha, yup true I forgot grandma."
"Did you just-"
After a phone call which lasted about ten minutes, we hung up and I was happy to talk to Jane. She had made me forget about my shitty problems. I sighed to myself as I grabbed my earbuds and turned off my lamb.
Thinking while listening to music in bed was the best thing I could do when I was going through some shit in my life. I call it 'some shit' because I always have weird and hard to explain things going on in my life.
Instead of listening to sad songs, I began listening to my "😏" playlist. For some reason I couldn't bring myself to cry and be depressed about all of my issues. At this point all I could do was laugh at all of it.
Suddenly I heard a noise and looked behind me to see Edward. I quickly turned on my lights.
"What the hell?" I exclaimed, looking at him.
"Sorry, I just wanted to check up on you, I'm sorry for telling you all of it so suddenly. It must've made you confused. I apologize for everything." Edward said all at once, I could feel the sincerity.
"It's okay, apology accepted but I expect a proper explanation. Not now though, I want to sleep. So please get the hell out." I sighed.
"Right, sorry again." He gave me a small smile before climbing down the window, trying to make it seem as if he was struggling although I was aware of him being a vampire.
I went back to sleep peacefully, somehow comforted by Edward's unexpected visit.

I woke up a little too early so I decided to take a shower. After I was done showering, I put an outfit together. I went with a baggy black shirt, black biker shorts and a plaid loose shirt. After I did my makeup and had breakfast— which was cereal with Charlie, I got inside my car and begun driving to the place that was on my "most hated places" list. School.
After arriving, I looked around in the parking lot, my eyes searching for a specific group of vampires. Once I made sure they were all here I headed to my first class.
The first half of the day went in a blur and finally it was time for lunch. After grabbing a fruit salad like I usually did, I walked to the Cullens' table.
Everyone in the table seemed to be shocked by my presence, which made me smirk.
"So, mysterious vampires, time for explanations." I said, sitting down with a smug look on my face.
