Finding you

Chapter 9

It's 1:30am and I still lay in my bed and can't sleep. After about 10 minutes of thinking what I'm doing now, I decided to take my blanket and go to Callies room.
"Why are you Awake?" She asked me as I quietly opened her door.
"I could ask you the same." I answered. She sat on her table and write something.
"Well I'm still wrapping the presents in paper." She said. I came in and closed the door behind me.
"I can't sleep so I thought I would go to yours." I simply answered and sat on her bed. She smiled at me. I stood up and went next to her.
"What are you writing there?" I asked her.
"Uhm the Christmas card for Teddy." She said. I stooped so I could read it.
"That's cute!" I said shortly.
"I made you one too." She said. My heart melted when she said it and I'm giving my best to not just kiss her.
"Aww thank you. I have surprise for you too." I said smirking. I went back to the bed as she followed.
"Your not telling me until Christmas won't you." She said. I shoke my head no and smiled at her.
"I have still one question left. Your bed is way comfortable, why are you always coming to mine?" She asked.
"Your not coming to mine, so I have to come to yours!" I answered simply and truthfully.
She smiled at me and covered her body with her blanket as she layed next to me.
"I'll come to yours next time." She said. I smiled to myself.
"Good night grouchy!" She said sleepy.
"Good night Caliope!" I answered before closing my eyes and cuddling to Callie.
As I woke up the next morning, Callie wasn't there.
I sat up straight in bed before I heard the bathroom door open. Callie came out with only a towel around her body and wet hair.
"Oh sorry I didn't wanted to wake you." She said.
"You didn't." I said sleepy and let me fall back on the bed.
"Sure?" She asked. I nodded my head yes and cuddled back in my grey blanket. Turning around with my back to Callie, to show her I'm not looking. Even if I want to look so bad, I can't.
"I'm making a hot chocolate, you want one too?" She asked me.
"Yes please." I said. "But first a shower. And I need to brush my teeth." I said, taking my blanket and leaving Callies room. After my hot shower, I changed in something comfortable. I put on some black leggings, a pink oversize hoodie and made my hair into a ponytail.
"Where is my hot chocolate?" I asked laughing as I came into the kitchen.
"Done, done, almost... Done!" Callie said and came with a mug of hot chocolate to me.
I smiled, biting my lip and making sure our hands touched while she gave me the mug.
"Thanks love." I teased her, knowing it would drive her crazy. I was right. She bited how own lip, looking at me with a bedroom look.
"And you two are sure you did not slept together yet? Because if so, get naked and do it!" Addison said laughing. I turned to Addison and started giggling. I decided to tease Callie today.
"I mean I would." I said turning back to Callie while raising my eyebrow.
"Your a tease!" Teddy yelled after me, as I left the room.
"Are you coming or what?" I yelled downstairs, waiting for Callie. I wasn't actual really about to sleep with Callie now, I just tested if she would really come. To my surprise she did. She came upstairs.
"I was joking. Did you really thought I would have fucked you on Addisons commando?" I said.
I took a step forwards.
"I would never do it like this. I have my own ways honey." I whispered in her ear.
She inhaled a little bit of air sharply before I took a step back.
"Wanna call Nick with me?" I asked her.
"Your still asking?" She asked. Nick and her became great friends. Even if Nick has to talk English the whole time, they are getting better friends with every call.

After the call ended, Callie wanted to leave my room.
"Wait, I'm still looking for a present for Nick, wanna help me pick one?" I asked. She turned around and came to me again.
"What does he wants?" She asked me.
"Okay let's get to the funny part about Christmas. Nick and I don't buy things the other one wants or needs. We buy anything not really helpful. We started doing it, so we have something to laugh about. Every time someone was sad, we used to make the other one a silly present to make them happy again." I said smiling.
We sat on the bed and scrolled through Amazon.
"What about a dress?"
"He has already 3." I answered.
"You know what? I think I have the perfect idea!" I said and before she could say anything I started tipping on my laptop again. Ss a unicorn one piece pajama popped up on my screen, Callie looked at my confused.
I took the biggest size and without saying anything I bought it.
"I'll let it send straight to Germany, so I don't have do pay even more." I said smiling.
"Thank you for your help!" I said as I hugged her. It would've been a lie if I'd say that I didn't enjoyed  this hug. I closed my eyes and put my head on her neck, so I could smell her.
"I would do it again." She said and hugged me even more tight. It felt so good and I could say that I wouldn't stay away from her for too long. I finally want to kiss her, held her, tell her I love her and so many other things. But on the other side, I don't want to ruin our whatever we have.

A few hours have past, Addison is at work again, Teddy bought herself a ticket to visit her family in Minesota even before Christmas, Callie is in the kitchen, cooking something for dinner and I sat on my bed, finishing the 10th chapter. I enjoy working every evening in my bed on my book. Knowing that at least one person is always in the house, so your never really alone.

"Dinners done. Does grouchy wanna come downstairs?" I heared Callie yell sarcastically from the kitchen.
'Grouchy' Callie really made me love this word.
As I were downstairs, we ate in silence. Which I wasn't complaining. I love working on my book, I really do, but sometimes it gives me the biggest headache ever.
"Wanna watch a movie tonight?" Teddy asked.
"Uh yes please." I answered quickly.
"Which one?" Callie asked.
"I feel like horror today." Teddy said. My eyes wided.
"You feel like horror today?" I questioned her. She nodded her head.
"If you watch with us, your allowed to sleep in my bed tonight." I whispered to Callie.
She nodded her had yes, which made me smile.

About 45 minutes later, we sat in front of the tv.
"What are we watching?" I asked. Teddy looked at me, smiling.
"The shining." She said shortly. I grabbed a blanket and covered Callie and me in it. We sat there, Callie and I cuddling, holding our wine glasses. This movie was actually really scary, which is why I cuddled up to Callie more and more. At the end of the movie, I almost layed with my full body on hers. She kissed my head a few times, when she noticed I was a little afraid. After the film was done, we could hear Teddy snore. I shakes her shoulder a little to wake her up.
"Hey Ted's the movie is finished. Go into bed okay?" I said in a calm voice. She nodded and got up.
"I'll just clean this mess in here up and then we will go to bed too, okay?" I said. Callie nodded. I took the 3 glasses, while Callie took the 2 wine bottles. As I was about to clean the third one, i felt Callies arms wrapping around me.
"What are you doing?" I laughed.
"Nothing, just cuddle." She said as she put her head on my shoulder.
"I'm done." I said as I turned around to face Callie.
She smiled at me and I got lost in her chocolate brown eyes. God I loved them so much. I let go of the drying cloth, which landed on the floor, wrapped my arms around Callies neck and slowly pulled her into a kiss. It was long and passionate and it felt so good. I could feel a firework in my tummy and never wanted this moment to end.
"I'm sorry." I said as we pulled apart.
"Don't be, I wanted this as bad as you did." She said in a calm voice. I smiled at her, giving her another kiss, before I bend down to pick up the towel.
"Lets go to bed." I said, grabbing her hand and pulling her behind me in my room.
We didn't slept with each other that night, we just cuddled and felt asleep.
