It may have taken that one-sided conversation with Osamu for the team to realize the displays of affection, though strange to them, were far from new to Sakusa and Atsumu, but they had gotten there eventually.
As for Sakusa and Atsumu... They knew once they told the team it was going to be hard adjusting to the sudden collision between the two worlds they'd created – the love they channeled through intense bickering on the court vs. the love they showed through gentle gestures in private.
What they hadn't expected was absolute silence. And while the lack of questions was disturbing in its own way, the two were grateful. It had made the transition a lot easier to handle.
Neither Sakusa nor Atsumu would learn the truth of just how shocked their teammates had been until years later, when everyone would take turns sharing stories about the couple on their wedding day.
