Uraraka stood infront of the number one hero crying her eyes out not out of sadness but tears of joy that the number one hero, All Might encouraged her to live up to her dreams and become a hero! that's until the number 1 hero said 

"You are worthy to inherit my power" All might said 

"W-What? Inheriting your power?" Ochako stuttered wondering what the hell All might just said

"What's with that face? It's just a suggestion. The real show starts after this. Listen, young woman. You need to decide whether or not you will accept my power!" 

"Your power? what do you mean by inheriting your power?" Asked a very confused Ochako

"The tabloids called it "superhuman strength" and a "boost", and I constantly dodged the question during interviews with a funny joke. Because as the Symbol of Peace, All Might, had to be a natural born hero. But, young woman, I will tell you the truth. My Quirk was passed on to me like a sacred torch" All Might described his quirk to the girl 

"It was passed on to you?" Ochako questioned

"That's right. And next, it is your turn!" All Might told the next user of One for all 

"W-Wait a minute please!" Ochako tried to contemplate the last minute of her life, does she want this to become the next All Might or should i forge her path as a hero?

"To be honest with you i don't really understand what you mean by inheriting or passing on a Quirk, ive never seen a quirk like that before So what is your quirk Mr All Might" Ochako said with honestly 

"The power to transfer power... that is the Quirk I inherited! I was crowned with "One For All!" 

"One for all?" So that's All Might's quirk.. Ochako thought 

"Why are you... Why are you giving me something so great? im no different then the millions of other people in Japan right?" Ochako asked All Might why her of all people 

"I have been looking for a successor. And then, I thought it would be alright for you to inherit it. You are just a Middle Schooler with a backpack, but you were more heroic than anyone else back there! Well, it's up to you, though. What'll you do Young Women?" All Might gave her the ultimate question each user of One for all has ever had

'He encouraged me to continue my journey to become a hero and revealed his secret to me, just me of all people....' Ochako thought deeply 

"I-I accept your offer!" The new young heir to One for all yelled out load 

"An immediate reply. That's what I thought you'd say!"All might said enthusiastically 

Uraraka walked herself home hoping she didn't worry her Mom and Dad much (Spoiler alert: she did) , thinking about what had just happened she thought that she will be somehow given All Might's power, 'its that easy right?' Ochako thought

 but it was no easy task for Uraraka to gain one for all

Two days later and we see our future hero on Dagoba Municipal Beach Park pulling a fridge with All Might ontop of it 

"hey, hey, it's pretty comfy on this fridge! How are you doing down there?People move these every day, you know, and most of them don't have any super strength." All might now back in his iconic muscular form said to the struggling and exhausted Ochako Uraraka

"Y-Yeah, but not with an extra 600 pounds with you sitting on it" Ochako said tiredly  

"Eh, I've lost weight, so I'm down to like 560 pounds nowadays. In this form, at least" All Might told to Young Uraraka 

"Great, much better. Why do you have me dragging trash across the beach anyway? also i could use my quirk on them" Asked Uraraka 

"Ha, take a look at yourself! You're not ready for my power!" All might answered her 

"Wait but I thought you said I was worthy of One for all?!" All might only made her more confused,great 

"I'm talking about your weak body! My Quirk, One For All, is a whole lot to handle! The combined physical abilities of everyone who used it creates a hurricane of pure force! An unprepared body like yours is right now can't fully inherit it. Your arms and legs would shoot off if you tried to!" All might revealed the meaning of the training to Uraraka
