Changes in his life what could that mean. I wasn't able to sleep last night. It's Sunday morning and I did something I have done in three months I went to church. I have always been a spiritual person. I believe and love God but it also has been a hard ride. When I walked downstairs Jones was there. It was was like he could read my mind. "Let's go" he said. In the car he continued saying that "let's always remember that God is with us no matter what happens, when it happens or how."
This from a guy who has little to nothing and and the things he did have they have mostly been taken away.
We got to church and the lesson was on Job. One bible character that truly did lose everything because of his great faith but through that faith he received so much more. I want to have that faith. To look at the world and see the good. To look at people and not see bad. Sometimes at all people.
"Why do you think Job stay so faithful" I asked Jones.
"Because he new there are greater things to come that this life was just a pathway to a great and wonderful place." He said after church let out. That's when I saw her. She is truly the sweetest person I have meet. Marie Morganstan is walking up to me.
"Sweetheart we have missed you how have you been."
"Okay I guess" I said
"If you ever need someone to talk to you know like a mom I am here. " She said and that's why I love her she is a mom to me well the closest I've got I better start remember that I am not alone.
"Thank you" I said.
"And you boy I have always got your back"
"Thanks" he said shyly he does have people tell him that much. He goes to church but sometimes I see a little doubt. Maybe I do to.
