There where times when me and dad agreed on everything this was not one of them. Dad wanted to put Jon Mayler which is Lawson's best friend who will lie for him no matter the price.
"Dad that's not a great idea Jon is a crook he will do anything to get what he and his friends want even if that means lying to get there." I said.
"He's not going on the stand my dad needs to be put away for along time and Jon will make it shorter by saying he was with him that night and nothing happened." Jones said.
"Ok I see you guys point of view but are you for sure this guy could also put him away for a very long time." Dad said.
"I will think about it" Jones said.
We walked out of the room.
"I have to go talk to Jon you are not coming near him I do this on my own." Jones said.
" I coming with but staying in the car and that's final. Got it." I said.
"Fine but what you could hear is bad and see." He said.
" I understand." I said.
