Pure imagination

Kurt sat in the dorm that he shared with Blaine, adding notes on his homework. He was stressed, tired, beaten down (figuratively), and unhappy. It was terrible. Not to mention the fact that he lost the audition for the solos a month ago. Underappreciated.

It was obvious, or should be obvious, to others. His hair was disheveled, there were bags under Kurt's eyes, he slouched when he walked, and to top it all off, he was still in his uniform. Kurt was sick and tired of being unhappy. The only time he remembered being happy was when he was with Blaine, but now Blaine has decided that he was in love with Jermiah.

Kurt didn't know whether Blaine failure in the "Gap Attack" could be considered a success. Even after he confessed, Blaine shot him down, nicely, but the feeling was not mutual none-the less. He put on a brave face and told him to perform at breadstix today.

Blaine sang lead, of course, and Kurt stuck with it. When the Warblers suggested that Kurt stay with them for an after party at breadstix, Kurt kindly rejected the invitation before driving back to Dalton. He had homework anyways.

So here he is. Sitting alone, on valentine's day, in his dorm room, finishing his homework. Even with the enormous amount of stress, he suggested the whole silly love songs thing so that Blaine wouldn't nessecarily feel bad about being alone on Valentines day.

It was being alone on valentine's day that bothered Kurt. He's used to it, but he just wish that Blaine would see how much he cared. He wished his feelings were mutual. Even though he did have a lot of homework, Kurt was a Workaholic when he was upset.

Around ten o'clock, Kurt passed out from the stress of the day.

"Come with me...."

Kurt groggily opened his eyes, but his vision met a sight that he couldn't comprehend.

The place was beautiful, it was like a utopia. It's surreal, and probably unreal. There were green patches of soft grass underneath and around him, clouds in the sky and... a chocolate river? It get's weirder as he walked further. He was met by the sight of trees, growing lady gaga shoes.

Kurt giggled. He didn't realize until then, but it was years the last time he giggled. Or atleast one that wasn't forced.

"Come with me..."

Kurt stopped in his tracks. He heard the voice, as he was waking up. The voice seemed to be coming from further in the forest, and Kurt followed the sound.

"Come with me..."

Kurt was hiding behind a tree when he saw a boy standing in the forest. He looked like Blaine. Kurt stood afar to admire the sound of his singing. However, the boy turned towards Kurt's direction.

"Come with me..."

Kurt was about to turn before the boy sang again.

"And you'll be,

in a world of pure imagination."

Kurt thought, looking at his fingers.

"Thats' it... this is my imagination...." He muttered.

That means that I wouldn't really get hurt, and I control the dream? Kurt thought.

"Take a look,

And you'll see,

into your imagination."

Kurt watched Blaine, who stood looking at Kurt, and moved forwards. Blaine smiled and held out his hand. Kurt watched Blaine and his breath caught in his throat.
