Author's Note: Hi! I haven't posted anything for a while now, so I put this up. :p The song is called "Nine in the Afternoon" by Panic! At the Disco. Later on, a song named "A new Perspective" by Panic! At the disco will be mentioned. Enjoy! Disclaimer: I don't own glee or Panic! At the Disco and their songs.
"We know that it should!"
"Cause it's nine in the afternoon!"
Kurt and Blaine could be heard throughout the dorms, which wasn't saying much considering that their only other dorm mates in the house is Wes and David, Jeff and Nick, and Aaron.
"Your eyes are the size of the mooooonnnnn"
Wes barged in, slightly furious at the happily jumping boys in the room.
"Can you cut it out?" asked Wes, annoyed. Blaine's smile didn't waver, but his eyes did narrow a little.
"Kurt, where's my violin?" asked Blaine, eyes still on Wes.
"Oh no you don't!" began Wes, prepared to lunge at the two. He was in no mood, and HE wasn't about to put up with it. Just then, David tumbled in.
"Back to the street down to our feet, losing the feeling of feeling unique." sang David under his breath, unable to resist. He smiled, but became alarmingly cautious when he saw Wes' expression, one which resembles a killer shark after being taunted.
"Wes?" said David. "Yo-"
A violin sound interupted him, and Wes once again turned to Blaine, trying hard not to murder him.
"Back to the place, where we use to say, man it feels good to feel this way!" sang Kurt.
David placed a hand on Wes' shoulder and smiled good naturedly. Wes smiled and shook his head at David. He softens.
"Too much stress?" asked David.
"Yeah. I just- midterms are coming-"
"What's life, if not a series of challenges followed by moments of happiness?"
"David-"
"Serious. After we get out of high school, we go to university, then depending on your profession, another university, and then a job that you need to keep. It's not going to end. Moments of happiness can take place in your life as well. It's your choice to choose how often you're happy."
The two looked at Kurt and Blaine.
"I guess they made their decision." said Wes, disgruntled.
"And yours?"
"Back to the room where it all began, cause it's nine in the afternoon!" sang Wes, twirling around the room. David sighed.
In an hour or two, the four boys were laughing on the floor. Blaine's foot prints covered most of their furniture, and Wes had accidentally spilled sprit on the floor- but no one needs to know about Wes in his opinion.
Kurt sighed.
"Why panic?" asked Wes.
"Cause Panic! At the Disco is cool." said Blaine.
"Have you heard "A new perspective?" asked Kurt.
The four boys looked at eachother and grinned.
