Roman suited up his outfit, his breathing erratic. So many things could happen at this moment, and he needed to be ready, but he didn't have much time. He looked out from behind the curtains and saw the audience filling up the rowed seats. Too many people, said a voice in his brain. Not enough to watch, said another. They were fighting with each other, sending Roman into a fitted fight with himself. Why was he doing this in the first place?
His eyes fluttered over to where Patton and Logan were seated, he smiled, that's why he was doing this. He wanted to entertain people, including the loves of his life. After this he had something important to partake in, something Patton was all too excited about.
Looking just a seat up from where the two were sitting, Roman smirked. There was the emo sitting, legs crossed and his back hunched down, making himself appear smaller. Roman sighed to himself, that's right, he sure didn't seem like the type of guy who liked crowded places, he was probably a bit anxious.
At that moment Patton turned around and smiled big at Virgil, making the smaller males eyes widen.
"Roman? Shall we fix your makeup now?" a female asked tapping his shoulder.
"Oh, uh, yea sure. Thank you." Roman nodded heading off.

"I'm still sorry about yelling at you." Virgil apologized for the fourth time tonight.
"Oh, hush, I've said its fine. I totally understand, I would've been aggravated as well."
"Yea, sure. You don't have a single drop of anger in your body." Virgil said huffing.
"You're too sweet." Patton said, patting Virgil's knee. Logan turned around and nodded his head at Virgil, smiling formally.
"It's nice to see you again, Virgil. I suppose Roman gave you an invitation to his play." He said holding out his hand. Virgil shook it and nodded.
"Yea, he seemed real proud of himself then. Can't wait to see his work upfront so I can tease him about it."
Patton gasped and smiled, "So that's how you knew Logie and Roman." Virgil smirked and silently laughed to himself, "Heh, yea."
The lights began to dim, and the crowd hushed, their attention focusing onto the stage. A quiet murmur ran around, asking what they were to expect. Suddenly, a soundtrack began to play, and multiple people ran onto the stage humming along to the tune. Each sang their part perfectly, quieting when the main character hurried onto the platform.
There stood Roman, looking proud and sure of himself as ever. His voice rang out ever so clearly as he recited his lines with great detail and passion. Patton smiled brightly, Logan watching attentively, and Virgil listened closely. Everyone's eyes were on the actor, and he was ecstatic about it.

The curtains closed after everyone bowed, the audience roaring with claps and bravos. After the heat settled down, people began to file out of the theatre satisfied. Logan, Patton, and Virgil were still talking about how great Roman was during the play, they didn't notice him until he cleared his throat.
"Seems like you all have the hots for me. Go on, keep your praise coming, I would like to hear it." he said dramatically, making Virgil roll his eyes.
"Yea, yea, you were good. There. That's all you are getting." Virgil said, nearly talking with his hands.
Roman blushed at the small approval and took it wholeheartedly.
"Thank you, my dark and gloomy prince." Roman said bowing and taking Virgil's knuckle on his lips. Virgil retracted his hand back so fast that Roman almost stumbled. It looked like Virgil was hurt for a moment before he smirked, and everything calmed back down once again.
"Come. Let us head to the diner." Roman announced, leading the way. Virgil stopped for a moment and did a double take.
"The diner, sorry, I can't go. I have plans to attend to." Virgil said shortly, fiddling with his fingers.
Roman huffed, "Oh come on, you canceled your other plans, why can't you just go out with us for once." Virgil bit his lip, his leg bouncing.
Logan picked up on the signs of shyness and walked up to Virgil, "It's alright, you can come if you want to. Its your decision."
Virgil smiled and sighed, "Fine, I guess. But just this once."
Roman took that as a great answer and he grabbed Patton's hand, Patton giggling, and sprinted for the door, making the other two darker aspects groan and chase after them.
