What you'll need:
·Wooden tray
·Spray paint
·Mod podge
·Scrapbook paper that fits the tray
·Scissors (only if the paper don't fit)
Directions:
1.Take the tray and spray paint it whatever color you like.
2.Then wait until the tray dries completely.
3. Next, cover the face of the tray your perfume will be sitting on with a thin layer of mod podge.
4.Take your scissors and xut your paper to fit the tray if needed.
5.Finally, place your paper onto the mod podge and let it dry.
