What you'll need:
·Acrylic paint
·Paint plate
·Glue gun
·String
·Scissors
·styrofoam balls
·Mini paper cups
·Clear glitter
Directions:
1.Paint all the styrofoam balls the color you want.
2.Add the glitter to the foam balls as you paint them.
3.Add hot glue to the paper cups, then paste tbe balls to the cup so that it looks like a snow cone.
4.Apply hot glue across the top of the balls then attach the string.
5.Hang it up.
