DIY Bubble Tea

Ingredients:

·5 tsp white sugar

·1/3 cup pearl tapioca

·1 cup brewed black tea

·2 tbsp milk

·1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

1.In a small saucepan bring two cups of water to a boil. Stir in one teaspoon of sugar and the pearl tapioca.

2.Cook for 20 minutes, rinse, drain, and refrigerate until chilled.

3.Pour tea, milk and the rest of the sugar into a cocktail shaker. Stir until sugar has dissolved and the milk is mixed in well.

4.Add ice cubes and shake until the drink is cold.

5.Pour into a glass and add the tapioca pearls.
