What you'llneed:
·Any drugstore kohl pencil
·A flame (Lighter, Candle, Stovetop, Etc)
Directions:
1.Hold the eyeliner tip under the flame for a second.
2.Let it cool for fifteen seconds.
3.Use your homemade gel eyeliner!
