What you'll need:
·White Vans
·Makeup Sponge
·Blue, purple, and pink paints.
·White Sharpie
Directions:
1.Dip the sponge in one paint and rub it onto the shoe.
2.Do this for each color.
3.Let them dry, then draw stars and dots onto them.
