Chapter 12 : Always Have Loved You

Y/N's POV:

Reconciliation.

That's what I aim for this thing I plan to do. I will finally have to settle things with Lisa, and Finally take the opportunity to tell her what I really feel inside.

I gulp, and find myself in front of the Imai residences, standing Alongside the Hikawas. I still can't believe that this was it, the time had come for me to finally talk to her. We were all standing at the doorway of Lisa's house.

I do realize the moment I knock on this door, things should go from there.

I took a deep breath and raised my hand towards the door.

"Go ahead Y/n..." Sayo-san smiled at me.

"Yeah, Y/N... Knock her u-I mean knock on the door..." Hina giggled.

"Hina!" Sayo scolded her, followed by a small giggle from the younger twin.

What Hina said was a little uncalled for, but okay... I should probably do it now.

I knock three times on the door, and waited for someone to answer. I can't help but feel a little nervous about this... However, it feels a lot different from what I have experienced before. Suddenly, I heard footsteps approaching the door, and the door was starting to slowly unlock.

It felt like forever, waiting for the door to open, and when it did...

"Who is-... Oh Y/N.... You're here..."

Yukina smiled at me, along with Sayo-san and Hina on my side.

"Yeah... Hey Yukina." I smiled back, feeling a sense of relief come over me. Well, at least things aren't that much suspenseful after all.

"What are you doing here, in Lisa's house?"

"Nothing really, just checking up on her..." Yukina replied. "How about you guys? What are you doing here?"

"Oh, I just uhm... Came to check on her too..." I replied. "I heard what happened, and... I wanna see how she's doing..." I sincerely replied.

"And as for the two of us... Onee-chan scolded Y/N for naming her Furaido Poteto-chan in his phone, so she decided to keep an eye on him the whole ti-"

"Hina!" Sayo-san nudged Hina.

"Furaido.... Poteto-chan?" Yukina titled her head, seemingly dumbfounded and pronounced it awkwardly.

"It's nothing really... Look... Where's Lisa?" I sighed and asked Yukina. "How is she doi-"

"Yukina! Is someone at the door?"

An Angelic voice sounded from the inside. Oh dear, this is really it. I also hear some footsteps following from the inside. By the time she have arrived at the scene, I couldn't help but feel like My heart race.

There she was... Standing at her place, looking beautiful as ever. She seemed to look back at me, with a rather surprised expression.

"Y-Y/N..." Was the words she could say.

"Lisa..." I looked at her, with a small hopeful smile.

"It's been a while..."

"Yeah... It was..." She looked slightly away, for some reason It did hurt me slightly that she looked away... But I won't give up just yet.
