Thatch and Marco were on watch. Everything was going just fine when suddenly Teach approached thatch. "Yo teach, whaddya doin' here?" teach just ignored his question and grinned,

"Zehahaha, commander thatch"

"umm yea, te-" before Thatch could continue he felt a sharp pain in his lower abdomen and "Sorry commander, I want something which you have. I'll just kill you so that my plan will go smoothly" before thatch could say something teach stabbed him again making him feel unconscious. With all the power left he shouted at top of his lungs.

"HELP!!! SOMEBODY!!!" with a sudden move like that Teach could hear Marco coming near, he immediately jumped in the water and started swimming as fast as he could

Meanwhile in Moby dick"what happened tha-THATCH!!!!?????" Marco immediately lifted his brother and ran towards the infirmary screaming for all the commanders to wake up, "EVERYBODY! WAKE UP! SOMEBODY STABBED THATCH! I NEED ALL NURSES TO WAKE UP! POPS! POPS!" everyone was startled and started running towards the voice

"OMG! What happened Marco?!"

"Is that Thatch?"

"THATCH IS BLEEDING?"

After 5 hours of operation Marco came out of the room and started to explain "I was on my watch and suddenly heard thatch screaming for help, so I ran and found Thatch lying on the ground with a wound in his stomach, I heard a water splash so I assume the murderer jumped off the railing" after Marco explained everybody started cursing as well as sobbing

"Thatch is breathing, the wound is grave he must be awake maybe like in 2-3 days"

"How could this even happen? I swear I'll kill that son of a -" Izo murmured while whitebeard was hella angry, he was fuming with anger that even his children got scared seeing him

"stay with thatch when he wakes up we'll get the information"

"ok pops"

"others go to your division inform everyone to be careful and ask if anyone saw anything suspicious" commanded whitebeard

"yes pops!"

after three days

"GUYS!! THATCH IS AWAKE!!!"

"Thatch how are you feeling?" asked a worried Marco, instead of answering thatch just cried for the betrayal "Marco"

"What Thatch your awake we a were worried you, idiot, what happened? Who was that child of a B who did this to you Thatch?" it was ace who couldn't help but ask a train of questions as he couldn't help but feel guilty for not being there

"Ace, yoi. Calm down he just woke up"

"How are you feeling thatch?" Izo asked in a worried tone

"Thatch we are so happy to see you alive we were so worried" sobbed Haruta

"son" whitebeard spoke with concern

"P-pops" came a small broken voice from thatch "I feel betrayed" Thatch openly cried.

"What do you mean son?" Everybody in the room was broken seeing their happy lucky go Thatch crying like that, "pops, guys our comrade who was with us for this many years turned out to be a traitor. Teach stabbed me for a devil fruit!".

Everyone was silent processing Thatch's words and staring wide eyes." W-w-what do y-you me-a-an?" asked Marco in disbelief, "it's a bad j-joke thatch," said izo "it's a prank right?" blurted Haruta hoping it would be

"NO!! NO!! MARSHALL D TEACH, OUR BROTHER WHO WAS WITH US FOR THIS LONG TIME STABBED ME FOR A STUPID DEVIL FRUIT!! He planned TO KILL ME BUT SINCE MARCO SHOWED UP HE JUMPED OFF THE RAILING WITHOUT FINISHING ME OFF!!" thatch cried loudly

"What no way! Teach is our brother he would never do that! maybe someone else disguised like him! He's my division I'll go and search for him please wait" Ace rushed hoping teach would be in his room sleeping, but found out nobody was in his room. He immediately called out Teach's name hoping he would pop out of somewhere but Teach was nowhere to be found. Ace found a small letter under Teach's pillow, he immediately opened it and started reading aloud

To all my dear brothers, sisters, and pops,

The moment you get this letter Thatch, our dear brother would be dead and you all would be searching for the person who killed him. Facts- I killed him. I wanted the yami yami no mi for a very long time as you know Thatch found it. With the help of that fruit, I can become the pirate king. Thus, it was my plan from the beginning to betray you guys. You fools fell in my trap.

Ace stared at the paper with wide eyes when a voice came out "so it was true huh?" It was Izo who was crying yet getting angry

Marco was making rounds to check on everybody, he saw a bird and immediately took the paper

"Guys the newspaper is here, there's Teach's name written over here" Marco yelled which made everyone gather on the deck

"Read up Marco" ordered whitebeard

"Yes pops"

"NO MARCO I HAVE TO GO SAVE MY BABY BROTHER FOR SURE, PLEASE DON'T STOP ME!"

"Dumbass Luffy is your brother, you are our brother which makes him our littlest brother," Thatch said with a small smile

"wait pops?"

"Gurarara, that brat became my son as soon as you became my son. Everyone, we are going to stop the execution no matter what!"

"YES POPS!"

"thank you guys, LUFFY WE ARE COMING TO SAVE YOU!"
