"Come in," Sengoku ordered,

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku! Sir, you have a letter," said the Marine,

"Again?" Sengoku asked, furrowing his brows,

"Yes sir,"

"Keep it here and go," Sengoku ordered and started massaging his forehead,

"Sir, you already have so many letters, are you going to read them?" asked the Marine,

"I guess, I will," Sengoku said in a serious tone,

"Ok sir," said the Marine and left the room,

Sengoku took the First Letter he received and opened it,

Respected sir,

                          My name is Genzo and I am the Sheriff of Cocoyashi village located in Conomi Islands. I don't know if you will read this letter, but if you are then I am really grateful for that. You must have heard about a fish man pirate named Arlong. He is the captain of Arlong pirates and ruled or I would like to say tyranted Conomi Islands for past eight years.

We thought Marines would come and save us, since it's their job to catch pirates and lock them up. But unfortunately we were wrong. Marines came to Cocoyashi village but never captured Arlong. it was a shock for us when came to know that Arlong had been paying off the Marines to keep quiet, maybe that's why his bounty never increased. 

Few months ago, a boy named Monkey. D. Luffy, you know who, came to Arlong park and challenged Arlong and declared a war. That little boy was very small and weak compared to Arlong. He fell down, but got up, he was bleeding yet he fought and defeated Arlong. 

You might think, it's something a pirate does in daily basis, but he did not fight Arlong simply to make his bounty. He fought Arlong for his friend, when he saw the miserable condition of Cocoyashi villagers, he decided to take down the fish man.

I have never been so grateful of someone ever in my life, sir. I realized that not all Marines are determined to their duty, to justice. Some just need money. Just like that I have realized, not all pirates are like Arlong, some are like Luffy.

I know Monkey D Luffy will be executed, but I just want to know why. Is it because he is a pirate? If helping people as a pirate, is a crime. Then, deceiving people as a Marine, is more then crime. Please do Justice.

Sengoku felt tears. He knew all these letters, which he is receiving are from people who don't want Luffy to be executed. He took a deep breath and took all the letters and slowly placed it in his drawer.

He pressed the bell on his cabin to call the guard,

"Yes sir, you called?" 

"Where's Garp?" Sengoku asked with a straight face,

"We don't know sir, we are trying our best to contact him," responded the guard,

"Ok, you may leave," Sengoku sighed ,

"Yes sir," The guard saluted and left the room,

Sengoku opened his secret drawer and took out his personal transponder snail and dailed Garp's number,
